Toolkit Websites Avis

If you are thinking of getting a new website, you should really go to Toolkit Websites. They are singularly THE most professional organisation I know. I thought I was good, LOL! Any query or problem I have had has been dealt with promptly, efficiently and with a friendly REAL PERSON.

I am able to change the content of my site at my own convenience but if I forget something essential (like how to put the blog button back on I've deleted in error!) they quickly sort it out for mr, without any fuss at all.

I am really happy with Toolkit Websites and recommend them to anyone who will listen.

The process was smooth and I felt supported on every step

I've been really impressed with Toolkit. They have been very helpful (and very patient!) all the way along. I've just passed their details on to yet another friend because I know they will come up trumps!

Toolkit made the task of creating a new website straightforward, effective and we felt well supported throughout the process.

From the first contact the team were patient, creative, and made the whole project easy.

Although the process took months to finalise as we were very slow in coming to decisions the Toolkit Team were completely supportive and encouraging throughout.

Thank you!

Toolkit websites provides a full range of options for excellent web design. Their customer service is one of the best I have experienced and every staff member is a pleasure to talk to and extremely friendly. They work with you to tailor design your site and offer many additional add-ons too.

toolkit taught me the value of response time. i have never worked with a company so fast at getting back to you and so quick to deal with your requests. since we started working together i have applied the same attitude to my own business and the amount of extra bookings i get because i answer so quickly is astounding.
every time we call up the person answering the phone actually sounds pleased to hear from you and nothing is too much trouble. we have a wonderful relationship with the lovely alex.
toolkit took over our website one day when we sent out an email and got it a bit wrong....they phoned to see if we needed any help and the only regret i have is not being with them sooner!
thanks for being such a fabulous company and long may our relationship continue,

I have had my website totally revamped and relaunched with Toolkit, and having experienced and used other design companies, can honestly vouch for the first class service from Toolkit. From dedicated named support managers to speedy replies to questions and queries nothing was too much trouble. I am never left hanging as I get regular emails offering further help, advice or just to touch base.

I am really pleased with the service I received from Toolkit. From the outset I was given honest and professional advice and felt like I could trust what I was being told over the phone (which is often very difficult).

I never felt like I was being sold to or promised things that would never materialise. I was kept updated and assisted throughout the design process and am thrilled with the resulting website! It has proven to be really easy to navigate the toolkit site for designing and updating my website.

I would definitely highly recommend Toolkit for your web designing needs, as they are friendly, professional and design a very high calibre website for a lot less money than most reputable companies out there.

Thanks a lot!

The Toolkit Team have made a fantastic website for me. The design is really high quality, and the team were very good at explaining every stage of the design process. I'm also very impressed with the content management system that means I can update the website myself.

Toolkit Websites have made me a fantastic looking website, and I'm so please at how easy it is to update! All the staff were really professional and friendly over the phone too.
