Toolkit Websites Avis

I got very good service from Toolkits. They were excellent communicators and did all the boring bits for me. I'm now editing my site myself and having a lot of fun in the process - their technology is very easy to use compared with other website companies and you can make changes easily. Not much harder than editing a Word document. Strongly recommended.

I knew I had to have a website in order to showcase my work and get noticed as an artist. I had looked at many different companies offering this and also looked into developing the website on my own, but was put off, until I discovered the Toolkit. After my initial request for more information, I received a call from one of the team who really enaged with me and seemed to understand just what I wanted. I had no hesitation in signing up. I was assigned a project manager who took me through all the stages of development, I was able to check everything and make changes where necessary. My website is now up and running and receiving some very positive responses. I could not have done this without the help of Lanara and the support team. Highly recommended.

I love this company. Just had a query with my published website and they solved it immediately. If all companies had their work ethic life would be so much easier. My advice, if you want to build a professional site, don't skimp, use a reputable company.

Super Service!

I couldn't have asked for a more friendly and efficient team to help me with my website. They designed everything I wanted and dealt with all the difficult stuff in such a short space of time. I thought my art website would take a long time , but they managed to get an amazing finished product in no time at all. Their tools are very simple to use and it was easy for me to change stuff in my website with very few steps.

Made the entire process incredibly easy. Kind, patient staff who were knowledgeably and helpful. Couldn't be happier with the service.

we are so happy with the service we have recieved and how quick and efficient you whole team has been especially lanara even though i have probably been driving her mad with emails constantly .

I would recommend toolkit websites as I found them a pleasure to deal with. My website was completed to my exact specification within 2 weeks & they gave an all round professional service.

I would certainly recommend others to use Toolkit. Lanara, whom I dealt with was always helpful and never made me feel that I was being slow! My idea of the design changed as it developed and this was fully accepted.

The website is for a private garden open to the public which is different from any other I had seen In Toolkit's library. Many of the examples were more commercial. So it took a while to get the design feel. But Lanara was very patient and accepting of change.

I am looking forward to being trained to use the Toolkit and make changes myself. With added confidence that there is still support if I get stuck.

I'm going to get aToolkit Website for my Daughter's consultancy and photography as a result

I would highly recommend Toolkit Websites - they immediately got what I was trying to achieve through the website - which instantly makes you feel calm...
They were very helpful throught out the build and afterwards. It was a pleasant experience all round.

I have had a number of websites built over a period of years.
Always expensive and never easy access myself should I require alterations and updates. (Very frustrating !!!)

I used Toolkit for the latest website and I'm delighted with the service I received.
They were very professional and consulting me at every stage. As each page was constructed I was shown what it looked like and allowed to alter and adapt until I was 100% happy. This process was followed for every page until it was ready for publication.

The publication process went like a dream. My contact at Toolkit ensured that the transition from my old website was smooth and trouble free. He even talked me through the transfer of my emails to ensure my system was lined up with the new system.

I now have a superb website.
Easy to access and update myself as I require and the compete project was pulled in on budget...... I also have the comfort of knowing that the Toolkit team is there for me should I need help and assistance in the future.

I'm delighted with the service I received and would not hesitate to recommend them.

Regards,

Martin Nealon.

I've had a great experience with toolkit websites. They are professional and very efficient. I have been dealing with Lanara and she was very good with dealing with my request as I have very little time to chat and discuss things in a working week. I would recommend this company to anyone looking for a website

I am happy with the overall look & they did everything with as many changes as I needed to get it right.

We were impressed with Toolkits. They really understood the brief and helped us design a logo for the business. The end product is perfect for us and as the business grows we will add more tools to the site. The project management was good and response times excellent. Importantly post publication the team are there to offer support.

The Toolkit Website team were amazing. I had no previous knowledge of setting up and creating a website but with Toolkit's guidance and help, the whole process was made as stress free as possible. Their on going support has been a invaluable safety net and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to anyone who wants to create a professional website.

I was looking for help to build a website that would not cost a fortune but would help to make my consultancy business look more professional. Toolkit listened to what I wanted, they asked many questions in order to really understand what my specific needs are. Once a cost was agreed, I was supported by two key people, one who managed all of the e-mail and domain stuff! This was beyond me in many ways but I was supported and assured that I was not the only one who did not feel comfortable with this technical side. I was taken through this process at my pace. As for the design of the website, I worked with one person who requested each section from me in stages. She never hurried me and only progressed to the next stage when I was completely "delighted"! This was a real learning journey for me that was supported by very well trained professionals. I cannot recommend Toolkit highly enough.

Right from the initial build Toolkit Websites offered the very best support and guidance throughout the construction of what turned out to be a complex website. Throughput the process the Project Manager was always on hand to resolve any issues that I had, to make any changes as they needed to be made, and to add content as I sent it so I could see the build progressing in real time. I'd recommend Toolkit Websites for any company seeking a truly professional bespoke service.

As a complete novice to website design and although able to get round a computer, no genius by any means, the prospect of creating my own website was daunting, I had tried a few times with the free ones, but to no avail.
Came upon toolkits websites and it seem to offer me exactly what i wanted, really friendly staff and very patient, I must have changed my mind several times before hitting on exactly what I wanted.
I would recommend them to any small business person who is looking for a very professional website.

I would recommend Toolkit Websites because they know exactly how to take you through the processes of creating your web site using a logical step by step approach. They give you as much time as you need or will help hurry things along if that is what you want.
They are very quick at responding to questions and for each of our pre-arranged appointments I got a call bang on time. Updates that I requested were virtually instantaneously carried out.

I would highly recommend toolkit websites to everyone. From the first point of contact to the end result the service was excellent! Having a website designed is an investment and I am very happy I choose toolkit website to do this for me.
