Great price on item good quality would use again

Went onto the website and found the item i needed. Ordered the item, so far so good.
A week passed nothing, then an email saying that the item is currently out of stock.
I phoned to see when my item would be available next and was told mid june. Over a month after my initial order.
Why why why!! Could you not just have put an "out of stock" tag on the website so I could have gone elseware. So now im stuck with my old equipment waiting for the item to be in stock.
Not a happy shopper!!

Had a delivery of floor leveller from tooltray today hope its going to be ok to use because most of the bags were tatty and torn and one of them the contents were hard .

The service was excellent

Took one day to come and updated throughout the delivery process

I ordered a chainsaw, some drill bits and a scraper 2 weeks ago. In response to your email asking for my opinion on the service I'll let you know when it arrives!

The consignment arrived on the date promised and the material was as ordered. No problems.

My purchase arrived as promised on the day I needed it which was great, the only thing I would say was that as recommended I called twice to check on stock before placing my order and both calls went to voicemail which was a bit frustrating as it wasn't easy to call - I was called back though. Also, when order was confirmed as despatched there was no Delivery company or tracking number included and when I asked for this detail, I was told they couldn't give me that information which didn't fill me with confidence but they did arrive on time as promised so its a shame about the two little issues otherwise they would have got 5 stars from me.

I ordered a drill and a pipe detector. The detector was delayed coming into stock and this delayed the whole delivery for a while. Communication was pretty good around this. When I requested that the drill was sent irrespective of the detector situation, they said the detector was still out of stock so they'd cancelled it and refunded my money and the drill was on the way. Money arrived back in my account immediately and the drill arrived next day. If it weren't for the initial delay, it'd be a 5 stars. I would use them again. The drill is brilliant.

Item was ordered late on Saturday night so the 1st working day was the following Monday, I received the item on Tuesday so can't fault the speed of dispatch and delivery. Would definitely use again and recommend.

Pleased with the product but was surprised it took 8 days to arrive. Had to tell the delivery firm twice the full address before it was delivered!

I ordered an item, after which I was told that it was not in stock. A week or so later a delivery of the wrong item arrived. I called three times, twice being told that I would definitely be called back, once definitely that day, but never was. After another few days I had to ask for a refund. I have not had any acknowledgement of this yet and no doubt will have to contact them again to check.

Everything was first class, from start to finish, and delivery was bang on time
