Nothing in stock
Ordered several items, only to be told they could not despatch immediately as some items were out of stock. Was told it would be 4 to 5 working days. They then refused to despatch what they did have. Several emails later it just so happened they had none of my items in stock. Eventually a full week after placing the order all the items except one turned up. No indication as to when I might receive the other item. I don't think this company quite understands how ecommerce needs to work when you are dealing with tradesman. We need stuff next day. I would suggest they display only what they have in stock. They need to follow Screwfix's example.

Hi Duncan, thank you for your review and apologies for the delay with your order. Your order was processed on Thursday 27th February and an email was sent stating the goods you had ordered where out of stock and delivery should be with you in 3 - 5 working days. You emailed back that same day stating you required the Builders band and could we despatched this item with the rest to follow. As this was and still is out of stock we emailed you to explain the non-stock situation, but as soon as we received some of the items into stock we would happily despatch the stock lines we had. On the 6th March (6 working days) we despatched everything on your order except the 1 line which is unfortunately still out of stock. We emailed you confirming this and stated that as soon as the missing item arrived into stock we would send this on an overnight delivery to you. I can only apologise for not being able to fulfil your order immediately in full we have tried to keep you informed as much as possible and fulfil your order within the time scale originally given. Extremely helpful and efficient despite suppliers' mistakes.
Stephen wal extremely helpful and quick to deal with an issue that arose through one of his suppliers incorrectly describing a couple of their products.
I will certainly be including tooltray in my searches if they don't come up automatically.

Good products almost spoiled by poor packaging
Took a while to arrive but was IMHO poorly packaged and the recycled cardboard outer was starting to fall apart. Contents inside were however thankfully secure [just]
