All of our doors Composite or Residential come with a 12 year Guarantee as stated in your contract.Under no Circumstances do we guarantee glass against breakage.

I recently used Totalglaze Windows Ltd to replace a bathroom and bedroom window. From beginning to end the process was easy. The fitters were professional, respectful and took care of the surrounding area's. Cleared all rubbish and took it away. The finish was perfect. I am very happy to recommend Totalglaze and will use them in the future if I need new windows, 100% service.

We are extremely happy with our windows and doors. We did have a “blip” with one detail but this was acknowledged and rectified promptly. Totalglaze represent the now all too rare features of customer service and customer satisfaction. We highly recommend this company.

Replacement Door and Windows…
Our door and windows were installed with ease. From the salesman to the installers they were all polite and friendly. They worked efficiently and professionally and their customer care was excellent. All the mess was cleared away and removed . We would use this company again .

You can't beat Totalglaze for service.
After using Totalglaze to put in double glazing for our 1950s bungalow we needed to have a new conservatory to replace the old brickbuilt original, plus a long roof for our veranda. Once the work was done there were a few minor leaks but over the next few weeks the problems were fixed after several visits. They turned out every time I asked without complaint.
It has always been my view that problems may occur but it is how those problems are dealt with. This company will fix a problem without any argument.
I would thoroughly recommend their products and their service.
