Just wanted to say thanks for making a great product. I know some people make comments about you should use cups etc but it's not always possible. A few months ago I had a missed miscarriage, and then more recently an evacuation due to complications. During this time I was not allowed to use anything that is inserted, had to use pads. Sometimes for weeks at a time due to monitoring blood loss (difficult with reusables!)/waiting for unpredictable blood loss. Your pads are so comfortable and I had no issues with smell/sweatyness/dryness etc - I ran out at one point and had a couple of days using one of the main non-sustainable brands... wow, terrible! Worlds apart!
So thank you and I just wanted to share a scenario where your product was really important and helped me greatly.

I absolutely adore the TOTM products. Not only are the products 100% sustainable, eco-friendly, recyclable, biodegradable, made from organic cotton, but they are also made with the best care possible. TOTM also have a wide range of products available from different sizes of pads, to liners, tampons, menstrural cups and accessories. I love their ethos and their constant advocacy to make the world more period powerful, whilst being completely planet friendly. They spread lots of awareness about periods and how to be kinder to your vagina. The products are unfragranced and very comfortable. I, personally, have very sensitive skin and a lot of regular sanitary products have always bothered me, made my bleeding period very painful and my body reacted negatively to the toxic products. However, ever since I've made the switch, I haven't looked back. These are the best products and I highly recommend!

Really good products, reasonably priced and super eco friendly packaging. I love that you don’t have to have a subscription if you don’t want one. I’ve only contacted their customer service twice, but when I have it has been exceptional.

I love TOTM sanitary pads and liners. I was initially attracted by how ethical and eco friendly the company are but then when I tried the pads, I was so impressed with how comfortable and leak proof they are! I have very heavy periods and I couldn’t understand how good they are at not leaking without having any plastic like mainstream pads but these are incredible! No leaks overnight which is amazing.
I had an issue with my account and payment but the customer service team were so helpful and sorted a refund to my account very quickly.
So impressed with both the sanitary pads and the company

I received a sample box in a book subscription box that I subscribe to and decided I had to buy myself some pads and liners. The delivery was quick and when I was sent the wrong item the customer service team responded very quickly and I received the right product a few days after which I was very impressed with! The pads and liners are so soft, so much better than brands like Always and I'm very pleased I can limit my waste.

Love the product and the community. Easy to use website when I need get a build up of products and need to skip a month and I'm a happy eco shopper with the recyclable packaging.

I received nothing short of absolutely amazing customer service from Totm, particularly Brooke. She is a credit to the company and went above and beyond in our exchange. My issue was dealt with promptly, and now that I have the right size menstrual cup, the product is great and easy to use (you get used to it after a few tries!). I would recommend the Totm menstrual cups, not only for the high quality and comfortable product, but for the outstanding customer service too.

I really wanted to use a product that was green and organic so swapped from my usual cardboard applicator tampons to these ones. Sadly, I found them extremely difficult to use...the inner tube would not move before buckling and bending, meaning I had to try with another. Very wasteful and honestly not very green. Also they don't seem to 'swell' with heavy flow like other brands do, so had leakage. Very disappointed as I've bought 3 packs (R, S + SP) to try and feel I've wasted my money. Only positive was that the postage experience was faultless with recyclable packaging too

I've purchased pads and menstrual cups from this company. Every product I've received has been fab. In cases where something has gone wrong (i.e. a missing order or a cup breaking), I've contacted them and been met with customer service that is second to none. No questions asked, replacements are sent, sometimes even with same-day delivery if you can catch them early enough. Special shoutout to Brooke on the site live chat for being super friendly, personal, and for putting a smile on my face.

I really liked the idea of these products but the tampon applicators are so difficult to use! The smaller tube gets stuck inside the outer tube and sometimes I have to throw them away as I just can not push the applicator. I've never spent so long trying to apply a tampon! After a while the cardboard bends as it is quite flimsy. I actually really studied the applicator to try and understand what the issue is and there are 2 small holes which I think wedge the outer and inner tube together. Anyway, I am disappointed as wanted to like these but just unable to use them :/

The liner pads were quite good as I am allergic to other products but not to these.

I loved the tampons when I first used them. However, the service has been late pretty much every month since the initial deliveries.

It means that I have lots of packs built up. I tried to cancel deliveries but they still arrived.

One disturbing thing that has happened twice with their super plus range is the string has fully come away from the tampon leaving me no choice but to pull it out myself which is pretty stressful.

I didn’t mind the first time as it could have been once off but twice is too much and makes me a little nervous of the product.

I love them concept but the logistics and product let itself down.

I will be cancelling my order and opting for pharmacy organic options.

I recently switched to a TOTM menstrual cup from a Mooncup. I'm 46 with heavy flow, the mooncup continually leaked!!! TOTM Size 3 is amazing, no leaks, better seal due to larger holes. An all together different experience of a menstrual cup...and don't get me wrong I persevered for 6 months with the mooncup

It feels really good to do something great for the environment and also support a brand like this. these products are just as great as the ones that many people unfortunately buy (90% plastic🙄) but they are completely plastic free and biodegradable! More women need to explore these products and read about the damage plastic products are doing to our environment! I won’t go back to plastic period products again. Prices are good and the products are also fragrance free (some ladies like myself become irritated by fragranced products). a big thumbs up from me! 🙂

Good quality and well packaged products. The points reward system is a great bonus. As a subscriber it would be useful to have an automated message/email a few days before my next order is due so that I can edit the products or delay the order for a later date.

A great place to buy clean period products! Also lots of helpful information on their website and social channels about how to use products and providing info on women's health.

Every time I've ordered, the products have been dispatched within an hour or two of placing - they arrive quickly and in lovely colourful boxes.

The pads are amazing, I have a medium to heavy flow. However, definitely very expensive its £3.30 for only 9 bads and I have found cheaper options for less with more in a box.

I'm very happy with the service and product. The subscription service is easy to manage and the liners do what they're supposed to and don't disintigrate like some other organic ones I've tried before.
The health and eco credentials are great too: organic, chemical free and plastic free.

The customer service is amazing. They are really hear to help! Always, working to improve themselves and the quality of the product.

I can't believe I haven't invested in TOTM products before. I tried the menstrual cup after hearing really good things about it. I have tried other menstrual cups before and found them extremely uncomfortable and very hard to put in. I am so glad I tried this one - it is like period heaven!
And then - as if excellent products weren't enough, the customer experience is amazing too!
