Touch Global and B&Q nightmare.

Touch Global sell on B&Q as a verified seller. Here is my experience. I ordered three radiators for next day delivery. They did not turn up. My contractor could not complete his work costing me time and money. Two days later I tried to cancel the order. B&Q said to just simply refuse delivery "they cant leave the goods without a QR code linked digital signature". Meanwhile absolutely no communication from ZDP the courier company Touch Global use. Five days after ordering ZDP tried to leave the radiators at 06.50am on a Sunday morning... without a signature. I am still trying to get my refund and being asked to prove that I refused delivery from the courier. When will businesses learn the Amazon customer service golden rule. The customer is always to be trusted. Refund first and do not quibble. And do not accuse your customer and tie them up in knots. B&Q and Touch Global you are only ever as good as the courier company you use to represent your brand. NEVER AGAIN B&Q.NEVER AGAIN TOUCH GLOBAL.

I ordered from B and Q and then I read…

I ordered a bathroom cabinet from B and Q and then I read reviews and I have to say, I was really worried and regretted my decision. This wasn't helped by the fact it was meant to be next day delivery and be delivered in the Friday but I had a text to say it would be delivered on the Monday. I wasn't happy with this and this made me think the reviews were correct and that it wouldn't be delivered at all. However I phoned them and they confirmed it would be delivered on the Monday, followed by a text with a time slot of 7-3. I tracked this on a link they sent me and the driver phoned me 20 minutes before delivery. The two delivery men were very pleasant and carried then to me door.
From being very sceptical, I am actually really pleased with what was delivered. Phew!!

Avoid this company

Firstly, they say they are UK based, but used international transport as an excuse for the delay in delivery. They ignored me for several weeks but, when they finally got back to me about my request for a refund, they said they had now posted the item, which was after the date it was supposed to arrive! I'm still waiting, being refused a refund as it's "on it's way", and getting few and unhelpful responses from the company. NEVER use this company.

If I could give zero stars I would!

AVOID this company at all costs.

They are rude and their customer service is non existent.

I purchased an item for my bathroom, it arrived damaged and with a part missing! Despite sending photos as proof I’m still waiting (2 months) and having to fight to get my refund.

No item no refund- wish I had seen these reviews before ordering from B&Q.
Ordered radiator promised next day delivery - made plenty of excuses even stated refund given . Going on 4 weeks still no refund . Disgrace of a company as is B&Q

DO NO BUY FROM THIS SELLER I bought a shower screen from B&Q online stated next day delivery, had to get in touch with them 5 times already to chase - they said they getting in touch with courier but never get back in touch with any meaningful update. Demanding a refund for 5 days.

Absolute cowboy's..

Absolute cowboy's... Ordered through B&Q (never again)... I ordered a resin composite shower tray and received a plastic one... Unfortunately (for B&Q) the plumber fitted it while I was at work so they will have to replace it and fit it at their cost

OK so far

I bought a tall slimline radiator from this company via the B and Q website. The price seemed fair and delivery promised within two working days. Cofirmation emails received from both B and Q and Touchglobal who also provided a tracking number. The radiator was to be delivered by XDP. The radiator arrived as promised and although the box had several boot prints over it it looked undamaged. The XDP driver was the most sullen delivery person I have ever met and did not say one word during the delivery. When I pointed out the boot prints he took a photo on his phone and left. Once the radiator was unpacked it was not at all damaged and is now fitted and looks really good. Not sure about all the 1* reviews however we only bought the radiator last week so time will tell if any problems surface. Otherwise no complaints.

Ordered 2 radiators from b and q as it…

Ordered 2 radiators from b and q as it said next day deliver, no commutation form touch global and had to chase them several times and then went they sent the order to DX the delivery company one of the radiators did not have a a label on it so they returned it.

Simply one of the worst companies I…

Simply one of the worst companies I have ever dealt with. Brought an enclosed shower via B&Q and one of the parts was damaged. They then promised to send another but when I chased, told me they didn’t have a spare. I then asked for a refund. Was told to wait as they’d secured a part to send. They sent me the incorrect part.

Please avoid these at all costs

Excellent customer service and product

We bought three blinds/awnings for our outside windows in 2017. Time took its toll and they needed replacing. I phoned Global and the phone was answered almost immediately. A very friendly lady quickly traced my order through my postcode and said replacement covers were available - total cost under £100. (We were expecting them to be much more.) I ordered them and they arrived within days and our boy fitted them quite easily. Reading the other eviews is quite disappointing as, from my point of view, it was probably the best customer service I have had this year.

When the item turns up its something totally different to what was ordered then painstakingly slow at replying and make refunding extremely difficult. AMATURES

Don't believe the 'verified seller' hype

Ordered and paid for a panel radiator through the B&Q verified seller portal. Item arrived severely damaged, having been dropped on its corner.

Touch Global could not be contacted through B&Q online returns as, surprise surprise, the website was down. After a week of this, I took it to my local B&Q who processed the return for me.

I have complained to B&Q that anyone with a functioning brain can see that Touch Global are not fit to be verified for anything, other than wasting your time repacking a trashed 35kg radiator, and hauling it 20 miles to your nearest B&Q.

Shocking customer experience.

Bought a shower panel from them.
It was ok when fitted but now 2 weeks later its dropped. So the rubber seal across along the bottom os squashed flat. The door can be lifted up now problem. I feel it's just a short while until the door falls out.
I have sent a contact form to them and will update in time.
The company responded promptly, suplied the information I asked for.

Looking good now.

Well I read the reviews should have listened to them absolutely useless radiator ordered a white double vertical radiator £235 00 told 48 hours didn’t arrive, 2 weeks later told it had been damaged another will be sent out. So nearly another 2 weeks got another a box totally smashed up and a radiator with so much damage I don’t even know why DX ( also useless) didn’t take that one back too ?
Anyway via many emails they offered £50 off a replacement but couldn’t refund me or order until the damaged one was collected.
DX seemingly lied saying they had come to mine 5 times I was never in ( cameras showed this wasn’t true ) so it sat outside the house for two weeks. I eventually went to B&Q who said as it was market place they couldn’t do much but flag up a collection but they have 72 hours to respond before I get a refund
So they managed to collect it next day !
I have a refund but no £50 as offered
And no radiator after 5 weeks. But told to reorder one ( really ! ) One of the worse experiences ever
B&Q need to get rid of this company and DX delivery are chronic
Please please please don’t use this company via B& Q market place, B&Q should never renew their contracts as it’s dragging B&Q down
Id give -0/10 to this experience ☠️

Abysmal Service

They sent the wrong radiator wrong size wrong colour. Took a week to arrange a collection, I had to send photos of the box and barcode. They wouldn't send a replacement until the wrong one was returned, even though it was their error. All in all it took sixteen days to get the right radiator. B&Q were no help either.
Both companies are useless, avoid at all costs.

STAY AWAY FRIM THESE CROOKS!! An absolute scam of a company! Ordered their vertical radiator from B & Q. Plumber fitted it but it leaked so had to take it off. Contacted the company (b&q were no help!) and although they were quick to send a replacement it also leaked in exactly the same place. Asked for a refund this time and all of a sudden it’s become impossible to get in contact with them- again b & q no help. We’re now down the price of the radiator plus 2 additional plumber charges. Can’t stress how furious I am!
