They offer a lot of high quality meals, great prep instructions, and working with the smart oven takes all the guesswork out of cooking just right. Their shipping is on time and the way they pack the meals (I live in 100 Degree summer climate) is excellent! Wish they had a few more keto meals for keto dieters and diabetics. Their Customer Service is like many companies these days...impossible to reach a live person for an immediate problem, but in my two years buying their products there has been few problems. I used 4 different meal companies over the past 4 years and Tovala is the best for me.

This is the best food delivery service I've ever had, and I have tried them all. The food is phenomenal. It's fresh, it's easy to prepare. The oven's great, I call it cooking by scissors. I stand in front of my stove, where I keep my scissors, and I unbox my meal. I follow the directions, which take about two minutes, and I use my scissors, sometimes a measuring cup for water, and sometimes a spoon or a fork to stir or flatten something. Put it in the oven, scan the card, and 20 minutes later, I have dinner. And it didn't come out of a microwave! gourmet eating at its best.

Meals are fresh and great quality and are ready in under 30 minutes. I have time to come home and make lunch fresh instead of eating out.

I've had a few issues with food delivery, but that's all been on the shipping company. Tovala customer support has been a breeze to work with and crediting the damaged meals.

I love the meals and the convenience. I just need my portions to be maybe a little bit smaller.

prep. Asking for feedback and good communication is best for everyone. Keep the ideas flowing for good variety. Otherwise customers get bored with the same menus. Keeping it simple is best for everyone, older and young people. I like the ease of cleanup too.

I really enjoy the whole Tovala experience. Service, variety & quality are exceptional. A bit pricey for some but if you add up the shopping, preparation time & cooking of a meal it is a money saver.

I love the ease and variety of meal prep. The QR code makes cooking so easy. Nothing to figure out just scan the cook and hit start. It’s all so easy and so far very delicious.

Been using Tovala for roughly 4 months or more and love it. Easy to follow directions my kids (10 & 4) help. Husband loves the flavors and options. Wish price was lower and that the gel ice packs didnt break in every shipment. Over all very pleased even when we got some bad vegis they credited us for it in next shipment. Was still able to sub the vegi with something we already had.

I could hardly believe it was a TV dinner

There have been times when I would have ordered a family meal if I could have counted it as 4 meals. However, the ease of ordering and preparing is better than all the other food delivery options, and I have tried at least five different ones. I have learned to use my oven for baking bread and cooking other recipes of my own design.

These are the best meals and the price is reasonable. I don't feel like I'm splurging, I feel as though I'm getting better nutrition and a greater variety of fresh foods every week.

Great service and yummy food with good options for vegetarians. Definitely recommend, and the oven is great!
