Tracker Pest Control Avis

I have absolutely no hesitation to recommend Jack, most importantly he is kind, he understands the fear and impact of needing his services.
He is thorough, professional and he gets the job done quickly. He explains what he is doing and why he is doing it.
Before closing a case Jack works on long term prevention. Jack’s number is saved in my contacts and I feel safer knowing it is there!

Jack was fantastic. Came over at short notice and provided his professional opinion. Refreshingly honest, courteous and great to deal with. Highly highly recommend him!

Thank you jack truly 24/7 infestation of bird mites from a nearby nest infested main bedroom, jack was on the end of the phone at early hours of the morning reassuring it would be okay. Came same day and fumigated room. Sound advice and hopefully the infestation has gone!. Thank you Jack

If I could give 10* I would. Thank you so much.

Good service from Tracker Pest Control. Jack is a very knowledgeable pest controller and fully explained the steps needed to eliminate the rat problem we had. No hard sell, just an honest appraisal of what had to be done. After 3 visits from Jack and a couple of rat trap casualties the horrible vermin are gone - hopefully for good. Do yourself a favour, if you have a rat infestation, forget DIY solutions and get the professionals in - it’s money well spent. I would recommend Tracker Pest Control to anyone in a similar predicament.

A truly professional service delivering an effective resolution in the most efficient and friendly manner. This company certainly does put the customer first.

We highly recommend.

Very professional and friendly service, sorted the problem promptly. Would highly recommend!

I had a problem with rats in the garden. Mr Mace came promptly and dealt with the problem in an effective manner. Mr Mace was very polite and all works were carried out in a clean way.

In a time of lockdown small exchanges can be so significant, and it’s so lovely to meet someone who makes your day while dealing with an unfortunate issue!

Jack was so thorough and it was really informative! Learnt a lot about mice as he kindly answered all my questions, which we enjoyed. A lovely bloke who did a great job blocking the mice out.

Responded to our enquiry promptly and visited us twice and resolved the problem - would highly recommend

Thorough, trustworthy, knowledgeable and friendly. I would recommend Jack as he’s an expert in his field and will go out of his way to help. Top service, top fella.

Jack is great - such a nice guy and he really knows his stuff. We had mice and he came out at very short notice. He was by far the friendliest, most positive and most responsive of anyone at the 7 or 8 pest control companies we contacted. I am so glad I kept looking after feeling unsure about hiring the others. Jack was thorough, took alot of time to check the house and his approach was reassuring...I really felt he wanted to solve the problem and make me more comfortable in my house. Just what I hoped for. Two weeks after laying bait, he came back to fill holes which he did neatly and carefully, checking with me in case there were any I was particularly worried about. Nothing was too much trouble. Jack will be my go-to person for any critter issues in the future! Thank you Jack!

i can’t thank Jack enough for his help in locating entry points for rats to access under my property which a previous company had missed! . I had ongoing problems over the years with rats under the house and now finally i know they won’t be coming back. so professional , quick to respond. highly recommended.

Tracker Pest Control came to our aid when we had an issue with fleas at our mum's house, Jack got to us really quickly, explained what needed to happen and carried out the treatment in all rooms without an issue. Would highly recommend Tracker Pest Control, thank you Jack 🙂

Needed someone to come deal with a maggot infestation as soon as possible and was out of hours (9.30pm). Tried 5 companies who either said no one is available or to call in the morning even though their business mentioned 24 hours service. Within 5 minutes of speaking to Jack he was already in the car and on the way. He really helped us. Friendly, very professional and informative. Great service, would highly recommend.

Prompt efficient and reasonably priced.

Pest Mortem Pest Control teamed up with Jack from Tracker Pest Control to remove a Honey Bee Colney from the side of a garage, the Bee's had moved into a empty cavity behind some tongue and groove boards that had to be striped apart so that the bees could be safely removed and relocated into a Bee Hive with out any harm to them. Jack is very experienced with a great deal of knowledge and skill in Honey bees and Pest control, would highly recommend him to anyone.
We had a brilliant day and it was a pleasure working alongside a great guy. 🐝Happy Bees Happy Home 🐝

When Jack arrived to deal with our tricky wasp nest he was a breath of fresh air. We had other contractors who were not able to help us. Jack assessed the situation and carried out the work, efficiently and tidily. I would definitely recommend this company.

Jack did a great job of removing our honey bee nest from our chimney stack. We agreed a fee and Jack reduced this when he found the removal would be simpler than anticipated. Glad to know the bees went to a good home and the removal was done safely and humanely.

We used Jack at Tracker Pest Control for a pigeon problem and would absolutely recommend him. We had two other pest control companies who turned down the job as it was too difficult in terms of access, but Jack managed to complete it all for us and solved our pigeon problem in one day. Very professional and good communication throughout, from initial quote to completion.
