Very impressed with this company. I ordered a t-junction flue from them and it arrived in good time and well packaged. Unfortunately, it didn't fit (my fault) and so had to be returned, and a refund requested. No issues. No quibbles, refund in a couple of days - sorted.

Super fast delivery.
Flu easy to fit even to older sections of flu.
Was easy to cut to size.
Will purchase again.

Unfortunately I wasted money with my purchases, as nowhere did I find it mentioned that the parts they sell are only compatible with their own products. Why even sell individual items if they won't fit with any other flue systems. Even if this is normal, you are the experts, not me. This should be included in the info. Some parts I sourced more cheaply elsewhere, only to find I had no choice but to go back and re order from this company to make it complete. Very annoyed 😒

Firstly i have given three stars as most fo my order did turn up but the bit i needed and ordered from these specifically as it was a special size and i could only find it on there website, all other items turned up apart from this one, I've been trying to sort over the last few days over email and still waiting on getting this sorted,i also paid £10 for next day delivery if ordered before 1pm which i did and again i had to chase the order up as after two days it still hadn't been sent out.over all its been 3 stars as i got most of the stuff but not when i was expecting it

I wanted to check what I needed for my flue installation, so called and spoke with Nick who was really helpful... Starting at the bottom, we went through everything I needed before he then emailed me the basket with everything in it so I could complete the purchase online... all done before 1pm cut off, so everything should arrive tomorrow.

I recently purchased a pizza oven and wanted to extend the flue through the pergola in my garden. I spoke with a very knowledgeable gentleman who guided me through the entire build—he even knew the make and model of my oven!

He was incredibly thorough. We sent over a (very) rough sketch and a photo of the location, and he told us exactly which parts to buy and how to install them. It’s now fully installed, and we’re absolutely thrilled with the result.

100% recommend—excellent customer service, and they were even happy to take a call and talk me through the installation. Thank you, team!

I needed items for a job. Ordered 12:45. Arrived next day at 10:30.

This company has gone bust. Companies house shows the company as being insolvent and winding up. Website still looks like it's active and taking orders. Beware.

Brilliant. I ordered a log basket and was delighted with it. Great quality and large enough to hold lots of logs to keep us cozy over the cold days. Fast delivery as well. I will probably order another one. Highly recommended.

Avoid.
Paid £10 next day delivery only to have the parcel not arrive. I contacted them the same day to inform them of this- they replied and stated it was out for delivery and would arrive that day. It did not.

When it showed up it was in a box as big as a suitcase for the tiniest part. No bubble wrap or protective packaging. Part was scratched and damaged.
I returned this, no apology from the company. Could not care less. Asked for photos prior to allowing return like I was making this up.
I would not order again.

Having read previous reviews I was a little concerned that my order would be delivered complete and on time.

It arrived in a couple of days and was complete. I had reason to call them a couple of times, never had any issue getting through and the person I spoke to each time was friendly and helpful.

Finally, delivery was made by Pallet Force and they were great also.........very courteous and friendly driver.

Been waiting over a month for an order placed online, can't call them direct and had not a single email or any info from them.
Terrible service, don't use these cowboys

Absolutely terrible service, half my order turned up within a week. The other half was promised early next week, every week for three weeks so far. Still not received my order. Nobody reply’s to emails and nobody answers the telephone.
Avoid! 😠

Having ordered a multi-fuel burner and associated flue parts from this company last year, I contacted them a few days ago. I had encountered a small issue with the ash grate mechanism and required some spare parts. I spoke with Nick MAXWELL who patiently listened to my dilemma. I was then assured that the spare parts would be located and sent via DPD that day. True to his word, the DPD package arrived the following day.
A first class company with employees that genuinely care about customers and their requirements, including post purchase. I wouldn't use any other company.

Great company to deal with. Efficient, knowledgeable staff . Any issues dealt with straight away. Quality products. All flues are not the same . Always buy open ended twin wall! Some companies sell closed ended and not Hetas approved. This company only sells the best!
