bought Patriot trailer built by trailer plus. falling apart piece of junk. Only two months old. Welds breaking. Door sagging. Don't buy. Junk. Nothing closes correct.

Went there to get a trailer and when…

Went there to get a trailer and when they pulled it around they broke the loading leg ,there a good amount of rust and paint was peeling said he could give me $50 off the NEW trailer I WAS going to buy I think a 1 out of 5 is being too nice but can’t give them a negative -5

False advertised their product

We purchased a 7 X 16 LoadRunner Cargo Trailer from the San Marcos TX location. Before we purchased the trailer we wanted to make sure that it was tubed framed. According to their website, it is. When we asked the sales representative, they said that it is a tube-framed construction. We get it home and start taking off the wood panels to insulation it and find out it is all hat channel frame. We called Trailersplus to see what we could do and they stated there is nothing. Not only did they lie to us they falsely advertised their product online.

Thank you for your feedback. We certainly didn’t intend to mislead you in any way. In our experience, when customers ask about the frame of the trailer, they are referring to the chassis. If you ask what the frame is made of, we will always say tube steel or I-Beam, depending on the model. we drove 50 miles to find a locked gate with cash in hand.

We have texts confirming the sales staff never informed us that they show and sell only by appt. We drove 55 miles with cash in hand ready to pick up our trailer, only to find the gate locked. We arrived at the gate at 12.42 and waited. They where well where of the fact that we were on Hwy 50 on are way to Medford. We texted and called them of our arrival at 12.42. We were sent away at 12;55 because lunch was more important then a sales. We were not the only customer turned away. So sad. Another business going down.

Won’t go there again

Found what we were looking for on line, seemed like a good price, salesman somewhat rudely inquired “what are you wanting to haul” as if we (being women) had no idea what kind of trailer to get. We made an appointment anyway to see the trailer, and unfortunately were late, got there at 12:30 rather than 12, due to unforeseen delays. We had called about 11:30 and let them know. The staffer at the desk didn’t even acknowledge that we were in the room, not even a “hi, I’ll be right with you”. Person we were to meet with was “at lunch”, so we waited. By 1:45, we talked the remaining staffer who was dealing with another customer into giving us a quick look at what we had come to see, and then we left. Went to APC Trailers who were absolutely wonderful to work with. I give APC Trailers 5 stars, Trailers plus a 1, would be zero if I could.

Top, net als vorige aankoop!

Net zoals vorige had ik mijn artikel snel gevonden op de website. Hoewel de keuze groot is, gaat navigeren op de site als vanzelfsprekend. Ook staat goed aangegeven wat voorradig is. Ik had (wederom) een compleet trailerwieltje nodig. Voor een goede prijs had ik die in no-time in huis! Bedankt!

Colorado Springs location

Colorado Springs location. Horrible service over the phone and in person the store manager provided sub par service. No one answers the phones and if they do, hold time is very long!!! Drove into town on a Friday afternoon. Was in the store just before 4pm. Store manager was on the phone and attempted to assist me in between on hold with someone assuming a finance company. Would be speaking to me and then back to his call. There was one poor guy ahead of me trying to leave with his new trailer. That customer stated it had been a long painful process. I tried to ask for service on a minor issue with the lift gate that I had purchased 6 months earlier. No way I was getting any help with that today, maybe if I came back Tuesday….4 days later. I am 40 miles away, this guy is a joke. I told the store manager I would like to buy a 6x12x6.5 and stated not today; no way possible but I was welcome to walk and around and look all I wanted. This description does not even start to tell how aweful this managers service skills are. So I asked for a call back from him and left my cards. Nothing. I reached out to corporate and asked for a response, nothing.

We currently offer a VIP appointment experience for both trailer sales and service to make sure we are prepared to assist customers as soon as they arrive. Although an appointment is not required, we do prioritize customers with appointments, and those who show up without appointments sometimes have to wait, which is not ideal. We drove over an hour just to be told…

We drove over an hour just to be told that we have to wait outside of the gate , because they can do only one appointment at the time. There was someone before us and it would take about 45min for us to get in and look at the trailer that we wanted. Avoid this place far and wide.

Best Trailer Plus Ever :-)

I have been looking for the right trailer for my Handyman Business for about 6 months. So Tuesday 10/12/2022 I had boiled it done to 2 different company's. Trailer Plus and one other. I want a 7x16x7 trailer with the barn doors. But the more I looked. It was becoming apparent that was not going happen. I started a Chat, with this awesome person Marsha. Marsha was so patient with me while helping find what I wanted. I was on a job sight and trying to communicate with Marsha at the same time. The more I communicated with Marsha. I decided that I was buying the 7x16x7 trailer you all had on the lot. When my wife and I arrived at the Blue Springs Mo. store. We were greeted with smiles, hand shacks and all the good thing that should happen. I am telling you all! It was a great experience with Wyatt and Brian.
I just want to say;
Thank you Marsha for all of your help and all that you do.

Thank you Brian for meeting us with the smile and Hand shack. All the help on getting thing ready for us. In my book, that goes a long ways with me.

I needed a new quality Utility Trailer

I needed a new Utility Trailer, and Trailer Plus was able to help me to my full satisfaction. The salesman were very knowledgeable, and helpful. The employees were kind, respectful, and very thorough. I would highly recommend them to all of my Family and Friends.

Will update if ever get anyone to help but so far I've talked to multiple people and they all say we'll call you back and never do/have. Called several times and even tried using the email format about needing my trailer (bought new from them in 2020) repaired from someone backing into it. If repair work is this hard I will be buying elsewhere in the future

I had a great and easy experience…

I had a great and easy experience buying my trailer (7x16 enclosed). I used it to move across the country with no problems. However, while in storage another driver hit my trailer and damaged the back door sheet.
The closest Trailersplus location is in another state. Trailersplus only allows their shops to work on the trailer and will not send the part I need to get the trailer repaired.
The locations I have been trying to work with have tried to be as helpful as possible, but the coorporate office or wherever they manufacture the trailers has ridiculous restrictions and are leaving me no help getting my trailer fixed.
Many hours wasted trying to get this fixed and no help or reasonable solutions to work with someone who bought a trailer less than 4 months ago.

I had great need to find a good 16'…

I had great need to find a good 16' trailer, and about 6,000 cash. I was in Birmingham, and had to leave by 1pm Tues 6/28 for S. GA. Apparently very hard to find one without side rails, and the longer it takes me to find one the more money I will lose. TrailersPlus automated system spent days until finally telling me it was closed on Monday. No clear way how to schedule an 'Appointment.' Basic 16' for 4k, not clear whether it has strap attachments or not. Noone to answer any questions. Obviously automated, virtual non-customer service just cost them a customer. Basic problem of these large franchise BS operations, CLEARLY if you want great product with ANY AT ALL accessories or special considerations, you have to use word of mouth and find smaller outfits. Too many small businesses have been put out of business by these cheap near-scam type operations. I have no tolerance for these embeciles who think that customers need them - no, in fact, you are a business providing a product, you really really need customers, and hopefully with your inflated prices for basic level products with no extras, you can continue to con enough 'Customers' into thinking they need you to stay afloat. Doubtful.
