Perfect reply

Thaís was exemplary. I had two questions. One of them was answered right away. For the other one, they let me know that they were unsure and that they would follow up after checking with the technical team. Then they proceeded to do this and give me the answer to the second question as well. Both answers were detailed enough to not leave any question marks - you'd be surprised how many others fail to do this. In short: It was perfect.

Gorgeous, quality garden furniture. Excellent customer service (shout out to Thaís for going above and beyond when helping me to understand tracking of deliveries and made sure to stay in touch until everything arrived).

One of the saucepans I ordered had a dent in the lid, Tramontina were great and sent a replacement immediately. Fantastic customer service.

Great steak set and support 100%

Steak set was beautiful and highest quality, in my case I had to contact customer service and can honestly say it was dealt with very professionally, So a quick shout out to Thais who kept me updated every step of the way to receiving my items. So in my experience if you need customer service you won't be fobbed off and they will support you all the way. So buy with confidence and enjoy your quality utensils.

If you want good, non-stick induction pans, don't buy these!!

I bought a full set of Induction, non stick pans from Costco as I read some decent reviews and they looked good. I needed to replace my ageing Circulon pans which had lasted 10 years. The pan set looks good but that's where it ends. They have to be the worst pans for using on an induction hob. They take at least three times as long to come to temperature than the Circulon did. And as for non stick, don't get me started. i followed all the advice about seasoning. Cooking scrambled eggs in the small saucepan is a disaster. There's more egg left in the pan once they are cooked. An absolute waste of money. I will be giving these to charity and buying a decent set of pans and I'll never buy Tramontina products again. AVOID!!!

Garden furniture .

Love my garden furniture . Sadly the table was damaged during transit , but this was resolved quickly through the very good customer service team.

Quality and customer servie

The Tramontina steelware I have purchased has all been excellent quality and beautifully designed. For the first time I ordered through their own website and, although there was a problem with delivery, I was able to contact a real person (thanks Thaís) who resolved the issue promptly and helpfully. Would definitely use again.
