Segunda vez que envio dineiro para o Brasil e nao chega. Mandei um na Quinta pra chegar no mesmo dia. Hoje eh Terca, quase final do dia e esses incompetentes nao sabem me dizer quando vai chegar o dinheiro e tambem nao querem me devolver!! Pedi pra falar com a supervisao...nao tem ninguem ate amanha! Gente, quanta incompetencia. Ultima vez que uso esse service, eu, meu irmao, cunhado e quem mais eu conhecer! Depois de tudo isso, me disseram que nao vao me cobrar os £3 no proximo envio kkkkk, tem que rir pra nao chorar!! Passem longe pessoal. Ja arrumei outra agencia e ja re-enviei o dinheiro que chegou hoje!

Its safe and easy to transfer they confirm all the time if its me who is sending the money and how much I am sending so that i would be in safe hands will know something happens without be known. I had 2 accounts set up for payment
I had 2 accounts set up for payment. One of the accounts got blocked and subsequently deleted from the system without talking to me eventhough both accounts had gone through verification process. I called account security rep and none wants to talk about it. I got hold of one rep later but I found him very rude and disrespectful.

This is by far the most unprofessional…
This is by far the most unprofessional company I have ever had to deal with. Everytime that I had to speak with them they gave me different and, at times, completely opposite answers from what a service rep had given me before. My money was supposed to be available for pickup wasn't at the location selected and no one could tell me where it really went. Unbelievable. If you have lots of patience and time to waste, by all means use this service.

I don't like their service as they have…
I don't like their service as they have written in bold letters that transfast deliver money between 3-5 days and it always take 5 days. Never took 3 or 4 days. So its better if they change it to fix 5 days only.I have done transaction more than 40 times and never ever seen even for a single time that it took less than 5 days.

TRANSFAST has a tie up with SBI for transfer of funds to India. I feel secure.
I have not checked,but I think their conversion rates are very competive.

Worst customer service ever
Worst customer service ever. They treat you like if you r doing a crime sending money to your loves one. Even after all confirmation they take forever to release funds.
I won’t use Transfast even for free.

Better Rates
I have been using Transfast for a few years now, I also have experience using other money transfer companies and I would rate Transfast as No. 1 when it comes to combination of exchange rates+ time taken to deposit.

Transfast sucks
Transfast sucks. I’ve used them couple of times and this time they took money out of my account and didn’t send it to the person. Then they email that my transaction is canceled and also blocked my from using Transfast in future. They did not even tell me the reason why they canceled the transaction or closed my account completely.
I’ve always sent funds to my family members so not sure what’s going on with them. Never again on transfast.

Good rates, but no cigar
Good rates. Timely delivery of funds for last three years. However, like other money transfer companies, Transfast does not seem to provide any promos or offers. They also do not give an adequate response when you talk about it.
