Don't bother trying to send money to Central America with them
Took a really long time just to get to the point where they started asking for more and more information from the recipient account holder. Don't waste your time with this company.

Takes a little too long compared to the…
Takes a little too long compared to the competition. Fees are a little high for debit card transfer and i do not like the $50 minimum transfer requirement. But for larger amounts to transfer using the free bank acct funding it is acceptable

I regret recommending you people. My friend sent me money that i urgently need. You cancelled the transaction just like that!! And now it seems you have debited the money from her account. And the most annoying part is that 3 to whatever business days you are talking about. What am I supposed to do till then?? How do I even know that she will at least get her money back in her account?! Is this a scam or what?!!

Canceled my transaction without notification
I signed up with Transfast and initiated a transfer.
I received an email saying to allow until a certain date for the transfer to be made. I waited until after that date. When I saw nothing was happening, I tried to login on the site, but it told me I had too many login attempts (despite this being the first time I tried to log in since creating my account the week ago).
So I called them. On the phone, they told me my account had been deactivated because I "did not pass verification". I could not obtain any more information because this was an "internal process".
TLDR: Deactivated my account and canceled my transaction without notice. Would not offer any alternative: they literally told me to use another service.
Which I will do! Don't waste your time with Transfast.

very unprofessional peoples
very unprofessional peoples, they have debited my account and still completing the requirement, every other day they are asking for more documents and have no prescribed list of required documents.it's been 4 days of holding my money. they suppose to change their name from TRANSFAST TO TRUSTNOT.

Fraud and cheaters. Never ever opt this company.

Terrible service and terrible customer care. I am utterly disappointed and frustrated with their apathy. They have collected all my data and then disabled my account after I tried sending money for the first time. the amount was debited from my account on friday and one week has already passed. Still they haven't done the refund. I am going to complain to the Police for fraud. You cannot steal people's money pretending to be transfer agency. Complete waste of my time.

Our system shows that your transaction was cancelled by the Account Security Group. It appears that they were unable to authenticate your transaction details and Transfast profile therefore they had to cancel your transaction and disable your Transfast account.

Did couple of transactions ( 2…
Did couple of transactions ( 2 different receipent bank). Both of them were cancelled and the reason given was receipt bank system upgrades for both banks which I think is BS. I confirmed with both the banks and they confirmed there is no outage/upgrade .

My son transferred money from Abu Dhabi…
My son transferred money from Abu Dhabi through transfast on 17.06.19 on my name. A month elapsed but I haven't got my remittance as the bank says to contact Transfast to revalidate. I emailed a complaint but still no response. What is this and what should I do. Would you please trouble to answer me.
