Extended travel distance.
The customer service is excellent and anytime an update is needed they inform you to what needs to be done. Buying this fuel tank for our truck was the best investment I’ve ever made. I would highly recommend this product to anyone who wants to travel more miles without any hassles of stopping to refuel.

Fuel pump & filter
I ordered a fuel pump & filter after pulling codes n discussing them with a rep. Pump photo shows an assembly with fuel filter attached, upon arrival it didn't have one! I called parts and Steve agreed that it should have matched the photo. He is sending me one free of charge! I'm giving five stars because I know things happen, its how their resolved that matters most! Excellent service Steve, thank you!

The inline fuel fill shut off valve
The inline fuel fill shut off valve - the one that shuts off fuel from the transfer tank to the vehicle tank - doesn't work. We have tried it on multiple vehicles. Eventually we installed an electric solenoid to open and close the valve. We do this standard on all builds now.

Excellent technical support years after sale
I emailed for technical support on removing my toolbox from the 70 gal aux. fuel tank and received immediate assistance from several people within the company. They sent me detailed step by step instructions to assist me and also sent a complimentary replacement set of toolbox keys for the set I lost.
It's really nice to get excellent support years after the sale.

Awesome Customer Service
I just purchased a used 3500HD that came with a Transfer Flow auxiliary fuel tank and toolbox combo, but the dealer didn't have the keys to open the toolbox and fuel cap. I called Transfer Flow and they hooked me and mailed me out replacement keys the following day. All I had to do was email them pictures of the locks with the lock number. Very thankful for Transfer Flow for helping me out. Very very good customer service.
