Tim and the team are awesome
Tim and the team are awesome. The tank I have gives me so much more range. It also switches back to the main tank when it is empty smooth even under a load towing a trailer.

It was days before Christmas and…
It was days before Christmas and I had a long drive to do. They went the extra mile to get it to my door asap, actually seemed like they cared. I got it and put it in myself the next morning and put it to work right away. This is the second 100-gallon transfer tank Ive gotten from them. Transfer Flow will be in every truck I own.

In line filter need
I emailed Transfer flow because I could not find the inline filter for my tank. They were very responsive and prompt. I ordered extra to have on hand. Very good customer service.

Exceptional Customer Service
Everyone I spoke with was very knowledgeable and friendly. My only concern is the 2-5/8" 5 Hole Sender Gasket Kit. I expected a round rubber gasket with holes in it made specifically for my tank. What I received was a tube of Permatex. I already have a tube of Permatex and didn't need another one. I should have been told I was buying Permatex instead of a gasket.
Update: On January 5, I received an email from a sales manager apologizing for the missing gasket and explained it should have been included in the kit with the sealant. They will send a replacement that day. I went and examined the kit in the plastic bag and this time looked at the back. There was the gasket. I was embarrassed at my stupid mistake, but impressed at the customer service of TransferFlow. I called the manager and canceled the replacement. I once heard consumer advocate Tom Martino say "You don't know how good a company is until there is a problem". And the problem was my own fault.

Another Great Experience With Transfer Flow
I received a quick response to a general inquiry. All my questions were answered and a future appointment scheduled. My friends and I have dealt with this company previously and we all agree that they are absolutely top shelf. Rarely will you deal with a company like Transfer Flow. I could have the tank installed in Bend Oregon but the 12 hour round trip and overnight hotel stay is totally worth it just to deal with the awesome Home Team!
