Poor service and misleading delivery times
I placed an order on Monday, August 25th, 2025, because the website clearly stated that delivery would take 3 to 4 business days.
To my surprise, I received a message from FedEx saying the package would arrive on September 1st – that’s 6 to 7 days later, far beyond what was promised.
When I contacted customer support to cancel the order due to the delay, they told me it was already shipped and could not be cancelled.
They refuse to take responsibility for the misleading delivery information, even though that was the only reason I ordered from them.
Poor communication, no flexibility, and zero customer focus.
I will never order from this company again and don’t recommend it to anyone expecting reliable and timely delivery.
After further contact with the company, it’s clear they are not willing to take responsibility for the delayed delivery, even though it clearly exceeds the 3–4 business days promised on their website.
I also took the time to read their own Terms & Conditions, and even there it states that delivery should happen within a maximum of 4 business days, unless stated otherwise (which it wasn’t in my case).
Meanwhile, they display flashy marketing claims like:
100% Satisfaction Guarantee
14 Days Return
Fast and Reliable Delivery
But when the service fails, none of those guarantees are honored.
It feels deceptive and dishonest to advertise such promises while rejecting valid complaints.
This is not about the package arriving late, it’s about how poorly they treat customers when things go wrong.
