Does anyone answer the phone?
Does anyone answer the phone?? My partner has been waiting for a call back for nearly 3 hours - I have been waiting on hold for 2. We have found the perfect holiday cottage and want to use inspire vouchers to pay for it and we will probably loose the cottage we have on hold now.

Struggled to find what I was looking for on the website. I phoned and spoke to Julie who was extremely helpful and got the trip I wanted booked. She explained the process of using the family fund voucher and even got us an extra nights stay at no extra cost, legend!

Extremely helpful
Extremely helpful . I'd already got an idea of where we wanted and what we needed to make our holiday accessible and perfect but Julie went above and beyond by alerting me to a much superior accomadation situated in an even better place for us. It removed all the stress and angst and was booked within minutes. So pleased .

Dont answer the phone and overcharge for services.
I have several issues with this company. Firstly, they insist on booking via their phone number that nobody answers. Each time i've attempted to call I've waited 30+ mins for an agent to either give up or be told nobody is avialable.
When I did FINALLY speak with someone to book an activity, their markup was almost laughable. I appreciate resellers add a margin but more than doubling the price is not acceptable.
I don't plan on using their services and suggest others to avoid. Book directly on vendors such as Viator for a superior experience and price.

In relation to pricing, as a travel agent we work with a range of suppliers and our prices can differ from those offered directly by activity providers or other booking platforms. Pricing is influenced by supplier rates, availability, and the booking channels we use, so it is not always possible for us to match prices available elsewhere.

I have never used Inspire before but….
I have never used Inspire before as I do all travel booking myself usually as I’ve worked in the industry for years but after receiving a large gift voucher it was necessary to book via this company and wow! How great are they!??!
Super helpful chatty Paul H made the process straightforward, pain free and fun. We chatted about different trips we’d been on and the. jobs we’d done as we went through the process of inputting all the vouchers, PIN numbers and the payment process for the outstanding balance. I felt like I’d known him for years!
Great customer service, I am really very impressed.
Have received all my confirmation emails promptly and he has made the whole process really hassle free.
Highly recommend the company if you are looking for a person to talk to on the end of the phone, really help you and advise you with your booking requirements - like a good old fashioned travel agency experience!
Congratulations inspire, I’m super critical of travel companies but you fully deserve the five stars I’ve given you and especially Paul for working so hard to get my booking done.

Re-think if considering buying gift vouchers
Various family members bought us gift vouchers for this company as a wedding present under the misbelief that they were simply Jet2 Holiday vouchers.
Though staff are very helpful, I found process of having to telephone the company to book anything with the vouchers both inconvenient and outdated. The offers / prices on the website also didn't seem in keeping with the actual options available when discussed over the phone.
Aside from the inconvenience of the booking process, my biggest grievance with the company is the astronomical prices when compared with other service operators / booking platforms. In effect, the inflation of the prices renders the gift vouchers to have at least a third less monetary value.
I think the branding of the travel vouchers with reference to Jet2 is misleading and it saddens me to think how upset my family members would be if they knew that the thoughtful gift they believed they had bought us had, in reality, been difficult to use and of much less value than they had kindly spent.

To clarify, our gift vouchers are not directly affiliated with Jet2 Holidays in terms of being sold as Jet2-branded vouchers on our website we do provide full clarity at point of sale the voucher must be used with Inspire directly and not Jet 2 holidays. However, we do partner with Jet2 Holidays, and we are able to book Jet2 Holidays for customers through our team over the phone where available.
Also our vouchers can be used across a wide range of travel providers and holiday options available through our booking system, with pricing and availability based on live supplier rates at the time of booking. This means the options shown online can sometimes differ from those available when speaking directly with our team.
We are a fully licensed travel agent and our prices are competitive, reflecting real-time availability, supplier costs, and any included services or support provided throughout the booking process. However, we appreciate that value for money is subjective, and we are sorry that on this occasion you feel the experience did not reflect the value you expected.
We also understand your comments regarding the booking process. While some bookings do require support over the phone to ensure accuracy and to apply vouchers correctly, we continually review our processes to improve convenience for our customers.

Don't buy a Inspire Gift card for…
Don't buy a Inspire Gift card for friends or family. they want to charge 100 pounds more for the same holiday as Hoseasons charge, making a 250 pound Gift Voucher worth 150 pounds. It's a rip off. Will be getting in touch with watchdog, hopefully to alert people before buying. Understand they need to make a charge but 100 pounds is so wrong.
