This is the second time we have used Lee Ann. Great experience yet again. She takes all the pressure off trying to work out the various rules and forms and keeps everything simple, straightforward and happy!

We have been using The Travelling Pet Vet for our dog’s travel documentation, and I cannot recommend Lee-Ann highly enough. The convenience of home visits makes the whole process completely stress-free, both for us and for our dog, who absolutely adores her.

She is consistently professional, efficient, and extremely knowledgeable. All paperwork has always been prepared accurately and on time, and we have never experienced any issues when crossing the border, which gives us great peace of mind.

What really stands out is her calm and caring approach, she takes the time to ensure our dog is comfortable and relaxed, turning what could be a stressful situation into a very positive experience.

Lee-Ann was recommended to us from our local vets as we were planning a few weeks travelling with our Labrador Teddy in France. I can’t recommend her highly enough. She is professional, knowledgeable about all the intricate rules. She walks you through the documentation page by page and makes sure you know what you’re doing! And best of all Teddy adores her. They’ve got to know each other over the trips we’ve taken and it’s so reassuring that Lee-Ann gives him a quick check to make sure he’s well and ready for the trip. Finally I think the amount she charges for the visit and paperwork is incredibly fair and reasonable, especially when I talk to friends who use other travelling vet services around the country.

This is our second time using Lee Service for our small Maltipoo Coco's trip to Colombia. The service has consistently been excellent—she is very responsive, professional, and knowledgeable. I am genuinely satisfied and will definitely choose it again.

We used The Travelling Pet to take our dog to St.Malo in Sept 25. We were highly pleased with her services.
Lee-Ann is a font of information regarding the current system of Animal Health Certificate and travelling Europe.
She was able to visit our home twice - once for the rabies vaccination and then to issue the AHC.
Apart from being very friendly and lovely with our dog, she is very knowledgeable not just on the current system but also what happens when you get off the ferry, the fact that there had been a foot and mouth outbreak in Europe so we couldnt bring food or plants back. She give me loads of great tips on how to handle customs if stopped and also that we should contact a vet in St.Malo before we went on our trip to arrange certification of the worming tablet.
Previously we had a pet passport and I was a bit nervous about the new system however she was so clued up on travelling with a pet that I wasnt worried at all. Well worth the money (and no more expensive than our vet who wouldnt have known this stuff) and highly recommended. WIll use again!

Lee-Ann explained everything clearly and simply. It’s so convenient as she came to our house, first for the rabies jab and then to complete the paperwork. Getting through the check at Folkestone was quick and not difficult. We’ll certainly use her again if we travel to France with our dog.

Lee-Ann was very friendly from the start and the communication was smooth from the moment I initially contacted her right till the end of the process( and beyond). As it was the first time I travelled abroad with my dog after Brexit she went with me through the procesure in a very clear way. She also advised on the timescale and by being flexible she made sure I can travel even tho the time frame was tight. When it comes to the house visit and issueing travel Health Cert. she was on time( which was cruicial) and my dog loved her right away even tho he is usually very reserved at first with strangers. I loved it that during the house visit she went through the entire procedure on the boarder with me so that I could be prepared to what was to happen. The paperwork was good as well and there were no issues upon the return to the UK. I highly recommend her to anyone who wants a fuss free travel with their pet!
