Cabin bag arrived with no standing legs which were supposed to be included, customer service asked for photos showing there were no detachable legs present then just didn’t bother replying after that. Had to buy an alternative bag last minute.

Product good but delivery spoiled by huge delivery window

I bought an overhead and carry bag to comply with the Ryanair rules and this was perfect, delivered very quickly too. The only feedback I would give, it would have been nice to have a zip up pocket on the inside of the carry on bag instead of the outside, all in all, very happy with my purchase

Good price, quick delivery

A very decent soft suitcase at a reasonable price. A clever piece of plastic helps to keep the wheel end of the suitcase firm enough to stand upright.

Faulty and no reply from email for a replacement and phone number keeps saying they are closed

Suitcase and bag decent, fast delivery

I placed my order on a friday & paid £3-99 for next day delivery. I was expecting it on the following Tuesday, but it did not arrive until the following day. I had already left for my four day break, so the bag was useless to me.

I ordered travel bags for a Ryan Air Trip. Was contacted by Yodel to say that they had order and asked that order be sent to a Yodel Shop. Yodel informed me that the item could not be delivered and rescheduled another delivery only to be told the next day it was being sent back.( this is despite communicating with Yodel on several occasions) I am posting this review to warn that the delivery partner of Travel Luggage and Cabin bags is not very reliable and if you are travelling within a short time frame to consider this when ordering any items from this company.

We loved our cases, the arrived ahead of schedule and great product. Ryan Air did not blink when bags were checked for size! A win!
