I had complained about TRC for not…
I had complained about TRC for not delivering my order. It seems it was a problem with UPS needing my signature. TRC sent me the part a few days later. People at customer service were great and resent the part to me now without needing to sign. They part works great I am a happy customer.

Great customer service
I was impressed with the customer service that I received from a woman I spoke to yesterday when I called in to correct a mistake on a web order. I deal with a lot of suppliers, and I'm always pleased when I encounter a company that has competent and courteous staff.

Beyond what many do....
Logan went beyond what i think most would do in finding a suitable power supply for our needs. He even sent a pin out of the connections & type of output connector used. Really fine!
