Good Purchase
Our tree had broken lights on one of the 3 tiers and, of course, it was out of warranty. Selected a different tree and it was delivered within 3 days.

No one responds to inquiries about my order.
Order placed- a few days later a cryptic email that thanks me for reaching out about an item being out of stock.
No reply when I ask about the other items on my order.
No response when I said are you sure you want me to submit a review about your customer service?
I sent my email to info @ treetime dot com
I’m not sure if that is a no reply email or not.

Quality declining
We bought a 9 ft tree from Treetime in 2014 and it was the most beautiful, show-stopping tree ever! When we downsized our house, we wanted the same tree in a smaller size, so we again purchased from Treetime. Sadly, our smaller version just doesn't compare to the one purchased in 2014. Our new tree isn't as full as the previous, even though it is apparently the same model. We were very disappointed as we paid a lot for this tree. The tree was delivered very very quickly, however, so that was definitely a plus.

This is my third tree from Treetime. The quality is absolutely amazing. I purchased from another company and returned it to purchase another Treetime tree. Customer service is amazing, shipping time is fast, and the trees are stunning.

Our First Artificial Tree
This was our first artificial Christmas tree after 46 years of real trees. We looked at many, but we wanted a tree with space between the branches to hang lots of ornaments, many of them dangling. We chose the prelit Victorian fir. It is just the right size and looks very natural. It has plenty of room for all of our ornaments and is very beautiful.
