I received this tree before Christmas knowing that I would use my old tree for this season and us my new tree from Tree Tim go December 2026. I researched many high end websites and this business had higher ratings than all others.

Nice tree
Quick shipping, but unfortunately, you use fed ex for shipment. They said the tree would come Weds. then Thursday, then Friday and it was finally delivered on Saturday and left at the far end of the carport.

So sorry for this! I really wish we had control over it, but at the busiest time of year it's very difficult to guarantee even when we used UPS over FedEx.

When I ordered my ribbon
When I ordered my ribbon, it said it would be here by the 17th. I called to check on the status,and was also told it would be here by the 17th. It didn't get here until the 20th. Very, very disappointing!

Our tree is beautiful!
Our tree is beautiful!! It was easy to set up and it fits perfectly in our space. We purchased the 7.5 Stockton Spruce with multi-colored incandescent lights. We are very pleased with the number of lights and the amount of branch tips for hanging ornaments. We called with a few questions before ordering and the associate we talked with was so helpful. We would definitely order from this company again. We love our tree!

The pictures don’t do this tree justice, it’s amazing. It was time for me to retire our old 8 foot tree with all its broken lights. I bought last minute over the web without seeing it in person. I was worried it would be too small, it wouldn’t have enough lights and not live up to my old tree. What a pleasant surprise. It’s light, easy to put together and stunning. I couldn’t be happier with our new tree and highly recommend TreeTime trees.
