I dealt with Matt who checked part number against my vehicle on the first call and I dealt with him again on making payment.
I can’t fault the customer service so far and look forward to receiving my part next week.

Having sold my 2002 Ford Fiesta recently, just prior to handover developed a ABS Pump Fault. Quoted £500 to replace. Went on Ebay to find a Pump replacement. Found it for £60 from Charles Trent Ltd. Best web price & fast delivery. Customer service excellent from Kristie.
Best of all, it came with a 12 month warranty. Now fitted & car sold. ABS Pump Blues No More!!

Had to scrap my 2014 astra because of an engine failure that would have cost more to repair than what I paid for the car to begin with. Charles trent ltd offered by far the best quote out of the dozen or so scrap companies i contacted and with free collection included. Great communication from the team and speedy payment, money was in my account two days later!

Excellent item in very good condition and very fast delivery. I have used this company many times over the years and i have always had very good service.

Currently watching an xc90 on auction. This listing should have ended almost 10mins ago for around £6.9k however like magic the end timing keeps getting extended and now the car is at over £10k. Shocking practice and shows elements of fraud to get the price up higher.

Spoke to Rob @ Poole about a part I needed he advised me that I was able to get Free delivery on my part from Poole to the midlands which made me happy … he was very helpful sorting out my order … defiantly using them again 👍🏻

Bought and paid for an airbag kit tag 0000913081, I was advised by a message the following day 'unable to locate in warehouse' by Georgie and my order was cancelled.

The same airbag kit (identical serial numbers) was then relisted for a further £200. I then discovered I was now 'blocked' as a buyer on their eBay account.

Having spent many many thousands of pounds with this company over many many years I am simply dumbfounded.

What drives someone to simply tell fibs and then block me as a buyer? Would you rather not have an honest conversation?

The honesty/credibility with such behaviour is most worrying when all these years they have happily taken my money and I have happily received what I bought.

A real shame if this is indeed what Charles Trent has become.... There are plenty of alternatives out there Synetic, ASM, Silverlake to mention but a few.

I would hope someone has the courage to own up to their poor despicable standards of behaviour and address their shortcomings.

I am happy to remain sharing my views within the trade if you feel making this right is not worth the bother.

This has to be the worst company ever. They have the worst customer service skills known to man. Spoke to some woman over the phone think her name is Emily. She needs to learn how to speak to customers will not be using this company again.... AVOID AT ALL COSTS

I have been so impressed with Callum the van driver, he always goes above and beyond and is friendly, kind and knowledgeable, he is an asset to the team.

Wife received a call 8th Feb to confirm pick up on 9th Feb for my vehicle to which she said she would contact me to find out where I was going to put the vehicle for easy pick up as it doesn’t run. She phones me I phone Trent’s to give them the location only to be told my 9th Feb collection was cancelled and moved to 17th Feb. So taking a days holiday was waisted loss of earnings and having to put it in storage for a week because of insurance being cancelled

NO STARS!!!!! spoke to a woman from Charles Trent rugby on the other end of the phone one stuck up woman wasn't in it ! If that is what you are getting on the other end of the phone avoid . Horrible how she spoke to me ! And very demeaning . I'll never deal with them again !

AVOID AVOID AVOID!!! Orderd a part,did not arrive when promised, eventually sent and part was faulty, after many phone calls with staff and the manager Steve promising to call back which they dont. As yet no refund and I have just recieved my phone bill and the number they provide is an 0845 number which is a premium rate number (which is not disclosed) I now have a £150 phone bill for my all my time and effort trying to get a refund. ABSOLUTE SCAM ARTIST!!!

As my car was uneconomical for me to repair I went through Motorwise who put me in touch with Charles Trent. Their quote was very reasonable but most impressive was the customer service I received from Caroline J. Caroline became my single poc and was incredibly professional, honest & personable. I would recommend Charles Trent based on my interactions alone but I'd also add that the end to end process was simple & easy.

I've been looking everywhere for a vauxhall astra van 2011 wing mirror. Because of the year the wing mirror is rarer than rocking horse poo. Today, I sold my old car to Charles Trent & Co. The man who collected my old car was likable, efficient and professional. I'm impressed and would recommend. They paid a good price for the car, too, and payment arrived on the same day.

Excellent company, called to scrap my car. They were polite helpful and collected it a few days later as agreed. I also helped a neighbour a few days later to scrap their car as well with CT. Both times the service was excellent and they where extremely patient. Will be using them again soon as they also offered the best price for car disposal. Great company and would recommend to anyone looking to scrap a car.

Not great at customer service or shipping on time twice now I have ordered with next day delivery and both times they haven't dispatched the items on time ordered a battery on the 1/11/22 for delivery on the 2nd but never arrived so phoned on the 3rd and was told he would look into it and get back to me never replied so phoned again on the 4th to be told sorry the order was missed and it would be dispatched on Friday the 4th would be delivered on Tuesday bit suspicions for a next day service the was sent tracking number only to find out it still didn't get sent until Monday then to top it all off on the Tuesday the courier has now delayed the delivery for some reason not happy now over a week for a next day delivery absolute joke

It was easy a wee phone call and all was good.Reg no and part was confirmed.CHARLES TRENT were superb.No long waits on hold just someone who knew what to do.Great experience indeed.Well Done.👏
