You simply fill out the form of what part you need and then sit back and wait. To my delight, the part was found. I purchased it and the invoice was sent promptly. Very simple, effortless and much better value for money than buying a new part.

Broken Part
Bought a part and collected it, just a shame the part was broken Robert Parker was great during the buying process as was Stefan & Emma who processed the refund straight away.

Matt was very helpful and found exactly the part I needed at a very good price and is delivering it direct to the garage for installation. Part also had 12 month warranty.

Didn't collect car after waiting in for two days... and then cancelled!
Very annoying - the people I dealt with don't know what they are doing or the advice they are giving as i've been messed around for two weeks now. I initially arranged for a car to be collected - gave full details and explained I would have to stay in for it as I worked over an hour away, done online with a followup phone call to confirm things - I was called on the day of the 1st arranged collection and told they couldn't come and it would be rearranged, which I did. I then stayed in on the second arranged day (today) and was just called at 2pm and told they aren't coming today or at all. Apparently - I should have been told, their truck is bigger/longer than a double decker bus and it won't fit down my road - so they have cancelled it altogether. We have 8 wheeled lorries drive down this road filled with aggregate - they dont seem to find it difficult. To add insult to injury - I was also told I didn't actually have to wait in anyway as they do a 'pick up without you there' anyway - apparently the person who initially took the call should have told me that nugget of information - it would have been useful to drop in whilst I was explaining the difficulty of getting back to be here when the driver arrived - so It would be easier if I just stayed at home that day. A total waste of two weeks of organising and two days of waiting in - I was using this 'national company' as I thought they would be reliable... well, not for me!

If I could, I would give 0 stars.
Messed my order up at the beginning. If I hadn’t have chased it up I would have still been waiting for the item to be dispatched. They were quick enough to take my money…..
Ordered a gear box after I was told it would fit my car. It didn’t. Was told that this was my fault, and that it was an “incorrect purchase”.
THEY DO NOT OFFER FREE RETURNS EVEN THOUGH THIS IS STATED ON THEIR WEBSITE.
Had to pay another £30 for a courier to return the gearbox.
They take another 20% off as a restocking charge so I’m now a further £84 out of pocket. A lot of money considering I’m a student!!!!
Don’t waste your time trying to contact customer services because you’ll be waiting hours on hold.
Avoid this company.

Thank you for taking the time and leaving us a review. I could no find any evidence that you checked the part for fitment with a member of the team. As stated on the website the search display only filters the parts to help you. These are to be used as a guide if you were not sure then further checks needed to be made. You mentioned that your garage told you it was the wrong part so this could of been clearly checked before purchase was made.
We do not offer free returns on the website. If the part was supplied in error we would facilitate the return for you. If a customer has incorrectly purchased the part or changed their minds it is up to the customer to return it. In this case it was a gearbox which we helped you return. We also lost out on this as we had to pay the initial postage that we do not get back.
In our terms and conditions it clearly states that there is a restocking charge for items correctly supplied.
When you rang to tell us you purchased the wrong part you were put through to our customer services team who were busy at the time and put on hold for a couple minutes until they were free to deal with your matter. Not hours as you have stated.
As people can see from our other reviews we are always here to help the customer from beginning to end.

I used this company to find a part for our 04 astra,which was Discontinued.
I rang the Poole office and they found the part in the other yard. Which I got posted to we in under 4 days

Awful company on two occasions they have tried to pay less when they've turned up the latest went from £459 down to £200 even after phone calls telling them about the vehicles condition parts missing were plastic and worthless apparently there not a scrap yard but quote on scrap car broker sites what a joke there were parts in the van and still no response as to why it was towed away on a spec lift no way that was legal

Thank you for spending the time to give us feedback. In this instance the customer confirmed that some parts were dismantled and that they were loose in the van. Unfortunately at collection there were not any parts loose in the van which had an impact on the valuation. If the vehicle was complete as described then full quoted amount would have been paid.
The change in price due to the parts being missing was discussed with the customer and the new quote accepted. The customer was under no obligation to accept the quote.
Super Service, Definitely recommend
I was looking for a rear axle for my crash damaged 2010 Ford Fiesta,
Every where local to me wanted upwards of £200, then I remembered "Trents" due to watching "KevTee" on YouTube,
Gave them a call at 11am Tuesday, axle arrived Wednesdays for £120 all in,
I cant thanks "Trents" and "Matt Storey (Sales Administrator)" enough
Super Service, and ill definitely recommending to everyone
