Triwa Avis 125

I’ve had a Triwa Klinga about 3.5 years. Loved it until the battery went out. I’ve replaced a lot of batteries over the years. Tried to and the back plate is 2/3 of the back and thin metal. Customer service said to take to a jeweler because the workings have to be held in place to replace the battery. Poor approach and not a sign of a quality watch. I don’t think I’ll buy another.

I bought a Triwa Ruby Falken Mens watch in December 2019. It has stopped working and lasted seven months. Customer service advised me to go to a watch repairer and buy a new battery.

I bought 3 TRIWA watches withing about 2 years and had problems with all 3. All of them stopped working for a while every now and then. When seeing the time is wrong the watches mostly worked again, sometimes they stopped and changing the time manually made them work again. With one the strap ripped after around 2 months, which is not covered by the warranty. I tried to replace the battery myself (again, not covered by warranty) to see if that helps, opened the lid, had to unscrew a cover because the battery was held in place (with every other watch I know you just take the lid off and the battery is accesable) and a few gears jumped out. Now its worthless, repairing is probaly not worth it either.
The remaining gears have to be pressed down tightly otherwise they dont rotate. So presumably its not the battery but bad clockworks that wear off fast. I never wore them doing sports or anything that would move or bump them...

Bought the watch for my husband as a present. Its been over 9 months, watch looks good, has minimalist style and my husband really like them. After 3 months when my husband took them for surfing (waterproof to 100m) is got some moisture inside the watch. We were traveling at that time so i contacted them, send pics how the moisture looks like and informed them im overseas for longer period of time. They found me service on the other side of the world (Melbourne, Australia) where they can have a look on it (it was still in warranty). They fixed the problem and I picked the watch when traveling around Melbourne. Great and quick solving problem with costumer service. Really appreciate it. So can highly recommend watch and the company as well.

I bought this for my Scandinavian husband, who is very picky about watches, and he loved it, The leather strap feels substantial, and is made of organically tanned Swedish leather. The company also sells dozens of replacement straps in different widths, if you like to change up your style. The watch included the necessary tool in the box to change out the strap, too.

If you're looking for the typical, huge, clunky men's watch, this is not it. This one One caveat: the strap isn't super long, so if you have a huge wrist, this might not work for you.

The watch arrived as a gift. Did not work. When opening the clock to replace the battery, it was Made in China. Poor quality. The mechanism in the hour costs 1 €, so not for recommendation. Too much money, no quality. One hand went off.

I bought a pair of sunglasses online. The lens was very dark. I returned it and I had to pay for shipping myself since they did not provide shipping labels. I never received a refund and never heard from customer service after repeated attempts to contact. Very poor customer service. World never buy from them.

The watches look wonderful of course. But maybe two or three months after getting one it stopped working. I no longer had my purchase receipt for the warranty, so I took it to a repair shop where they told me the case is sealed and it can't be fixed, not even the battery can be replaced! It's a shame that companies these days would still produce single-use products which will last a few months and then have to be thrown away.

i ordered Triwa Hu 39 through Indiegogo campaign. It looked great on the paper, but when i received, i was very disapointed. All because of one detail. Hour hand is very short, ok, but what is very bad, it is thinner then minute hand. I have never seen anything like this on any watches. It sounds like small detail, but it looks terrible in flesh. I think, that it is some kind of law, that hour minute is thicker or the same (sometimes maybe) then minute hour. This is reason, why i can´t accept those watches at all, it looks so stupid.

Överlag bra, min Triwa klocka är snygg, prisvärd. Ser inget dåligt med triwa.

Jag beställde hem ett par solglasögon (midnight klara), de var super snygga! Det var bra kvalite, stabila och hur fina som helst på. Paketet man fick hem var super fint och det säger en hel del plus att fodralet var väldigt fint designat. Allt känns helt välplanerat med alla deras detaljer som man inte alltid tänker på. Leveransen är kort och smidig. Kundtjänsten var super! Jag rekomenderar starkt!

Purchased my watch online 6th may and arrived 10th may and as the watch came from Sweden to the UK i'm 5 star pleased with the service. The watch looks awesome great quality for the price. Love it

Got a triwa supanevil as a present about 5 years ago. Nothing to complain. Looks great, good quality and long battery lifetime. My daughter dropped it accidently and the glass broke on the edge because it fell hard on a solid ground. Got great feedback and triwa repaired it fast and at a reasonable price. Great experiences and top watches! Keep up the good work!

Jeg har købt i alt 3 ure igennem triwa.com og altid været meget tilfreds med ur,levering og hurtig svar på mail.

Efter 2 år knækker den ene rem, hvilket jo kan ske når man flittigt bruger uret. Jeg bestiller en ny rem og får det også hurtigt. Sendt som brev.
Remmen er ikke den som jeg alligevel vil have og sender retur. Jeg sender mail til triwa og spørger om jeg skal sende som brev eller pakke. Jeg får at vide at jeg skal sende som brev.
Dette gør jeg.
Efter en uge kontakter jeg dem igen og spørger om de har modtaget det. Det har de ikke. Jeg får at vide at jeg skal sende track and trace nummer. Skriver at jeg ikke har sendt som pakke da jeg får at vide at jeg skal sende som brev. Intet svar.
Skriver igen. Intet svar.
Skriver endnu engang og sender mailudvekslingen. Intet svar.
Tænker at det må være pga jul, men da jeg har en ven som skriver til triwa fra anden mail og får svar under 1 døgn efter, føler jeg mig ret dårlig behandlet.
Jeg har nu sendt endnu en mail og er spændt på om jeg overhovedet får svar på den.
Det er utrolig skuffende.

Har nu ett helt gäng klockor från Triwa och än så länge så är jag väldigt nöjd med mina inköp. Alla inköp gjorda på Triwas egna hemsida.
Väl paketerade och presenterade klockor.
Snabba leveranser av klockorna max 3 dagar.
Har ännu inte haft något problem med klockorna så än så länge bara positiva upplevelser.
