I recieved the wrong device but this was amended however the chosen carrier claimed "trying" to deliver when there was with 100% certainty someone was home. so this was rescheduled to Saturday but now... Voir plus

Your service was way beyond what I expected at any time let alone the week before Christmas!
From start to finish the service was incredible...I reported my damaged iPad to my insurance company and within the hour I had a call from you! I was spoken through the whole process and helped through the steps of what to do before sending my iPad to you. The iPad was collected the same day Friday the 18th December and returned the following Wednesday the 23rd of December....exceptional service.
The person I dealt with was polite, professional and friendly!
I would not hesitate to recommend you to others. You solved a potentially difficult situation for me personally and changed it into a positive experience. (I can FaceTime/zoom my children that are locked down now over Christmas and are unable to come home....that means a great deal).

Lost my phone on the day and the claim was sorted the same day. The information needed to complete a claim is easy to get and also uploading documents was also very simple. The only feedback I have is that when completing the claim I found it a bit difficult to navigate between Mobiru and the claim website which is claim brain. It would have been easier if I didn't need to jump between 2 website. Other than that it was fantastic :)

Extremely disappointed with the service…
Extremely disappointed with the service received, stay clear from this insurance provider. I received a replacement iPhone in the wrong colour (the policy apparently states that the colour of the replacement is not guaranteed, however, I received a confirmation after the claim was made that I would receive the replacement in the same colour). The phone was in a packaging so I did not realise until the courier was gone and had no chance to refuse. After reporting the issue I was told that the company is not willing to incur further cost of another swap (?!). Absolutely shocking customer service and a very unpleasant experience. I will be taking this matter to Financial Ombudsman Service.

Can not fault the service
Can not fault the service. This was a free policy through my work so all I had to pay was the excess. I was a bit sceptical at first with it being free but the service was A* so straight forward and fast. Highly recommend
Absolutely shocking
Absolutely shocking! would not use! In the form that you fill out when making a claim they request that you put the address for the package to be picked up and then the address for the package to be dropped off back to. They some how managed to miss of the house name/number when doing the delivery address and as such has meant that my girlfriend has spent the day in the house and cancelled all plans to receive the package. i am now having to deal with the delivery myself and speak with DPD in order to do this. Be careful when giving your device over to DPD too you are given no instruction of what needs to be on your package and DPD seem to have no idea either. Overall shocking service.

Samsung Note 10 plus - Screen Replacement
With this modern world we always on our phones. Unfortunately while I was at work. I dropped my samsung galaxy note 10 + The impact with the ambulance step broke my screen. Lucky I had insurance ah.
I contacted my insurance company and was told to register with claim Brain. They have a online portal system that’s really easy to use.
You are connected with a agent (Adam in my case) to handle your case. A little bit of form filling and you can live chat with the agent.
The services I received from my Agent Adam. Was outstanding customer services. He was very efficient in handling my case. Felt like it was a personal services rather than just a number in a database.
Adam did everything in his power to be able to get me back with my working phone as prompt as he could.
Due to COVID 19 adaptations to their normal procedure had to be made.
It stressful enough when little mishaps happen, including damaging your phone. Which unfortunately this day and age is more like you brain. This services was incredible and stress free.
Highly recommend and thank you Adam for handling my case. Stay safe.
iPhone broke in lockdown, great service
Excellent service in repairing my iPhone. Put in a claim at the start of lockdown and the communication via the chat on the portal was honest, timely, clear and concise. Very flexible around collection of my handset and also delivered back to me repaired quicker than expected. Impressed!
