Excellent chair. Superb customer service and delivery

The process of ordering was straightforward and I was kept well informed regarding delivery. The chairs arrived in the advised time slot and we are very pleased with them.

Within three days of finding what we wanted the beautiful chair was in place.

Ordered the Aldwick tub at reduced price of £170(normally £300), and had it delivered by DPD a couple of days later. Box appeared amateurishly sealed - tape creased and roughly applied which made us wonder at it's sales history but chair looked fine when opened. Firm cushion as advertised and comfortable to sit in ... until leaning back and realising the backrest was largely absent foam padding. Much of the lower part where back meets base, although nicely contoured was merely fabric stretched to give the appearance of shape. Running a hand down the arms revealed similar defects both sides. The net effect was that the chair was incapable of restoring its shape after use, with the back and arms leaving indentations after light, short duration test. Dread to imagine what the thing would look like after a full hour's use let alone a day! Disgustingly low grade product and appalling quality control by both manufacturer and retailer. Tub Collection did however act with speed to recover the chair - thanks Francesca 5* - and effect a refund upon its delivery back into their warehouse 3 days later. A week turnaround from start to finish. Obviously disappointed but moreso as we were then too late to find a replacement as Black Friday deals had expired by that stage. The Retailer should feel embarrassed and apologetic being caught offering such an appallingly poor product let alone one with a price tag that suggested so much better.

Very nice chair, bit firm but will soften with use I’m sure. Fast delivery and was very impressed to receive a phone call the day after if placed the order thanking me for the order and confirming delivery dates etc.

I bought this tub chair for my wife as she finds a tub comfortable for her back, so this chair has gone down a treat. I must admit I also find it comfortable. I ordered it and it was delivered next day, I received a phone call telling me that the chair was with the courier. So very pleased with the chair and more importantly so is my wife. Highly highly recommended.

This was our third tub chair. We love the design and the fact, the chair is light to move (meaning , if we need another chair in another room temporarily, easy to move and move back). Very reasonable in cost and good quality for that cost. The company in all three of our purchases were helpful and very efficient with delivery within a few days of purchase.

I expected the fabric to be a little more luxurious I don’t think it should be passed of as velvet. The cushion is very hard to sit on, but you get what you pay for. The packaging as good and there was both light and dark legs in the box.

Great range of chairs to choose from and for the price it's great value. It also arrived very quickly.

A compact, neat, comfortable little chair. Fits well within any decor because of the lovely colours available (I have mine in my bedroom). Highly recommended. BTW, delivery staff were excellent.

Only downsize is the cushion is quite hard - expected it to be softer, but as this is for a bedroom not a problem as won’t be used primarily for sitting for long periods. If bought for a lounge it would be too uncomfortable in my opinion.

I love my tub chair. It is just the right size. The chair is firm but comfortable and made of good, strong material. The colour is perfect and matches the picture on the website. I think it is amazing value for such a nice piece of furniture. I am also incredibly impressed with the Tub collection service. They delivered the chair within two days of ordering, with lots of communication to let me know when it was coming. I would highly recommend them.
