I found booking using the Tui app easy…
I found booking using the Tui app easy enough , but when I got to the end, and I’d paid my deposit, while I was waiting for confirmation of Ryanair Flights , a pop up Tui page came up before my transaction was completed.( ridiculous really!!)The booking did not go ahead, but my deposit was taken .After a few frantic calls I had to ring a shop (they were very helpful )to rebook. The holiday ended up costing me more money., pay another deposit and took a week to get my original deposit back.

We appreciate how frustrating it must have been to find that your booking had not completed despite your deposit being taken, particularly when this resulted in multiple phone calls, the need to rebook through one of our stores, and an increase in the overall cost of your holiday. We also understand that waiting for your original deposit to be refunded added further frustration to the experience.
While we're glad our retail team was able to assist you with securing your holiday, we're sorry that the process was not as smooth as it should have been from the outset.

Lack of TUI Flights Disappointing
I Loved booking with TUI - However the lack of TUI run flights from Ireland will have us looking elsewhere to book for 2028. (unless it improves) One of the main reasons we starting booking with TUI was we loved the complete package with included TUI flights. This year our flights are with Ryan Air and we are already having seating issues. There is no advantage in booking with TUI now over another travel agent in Ireland.

Ruined Holiday
I booked a holiday, and the money was deducted from my account instantly. Right after the payment, I was redirected to a page saying “Confirming your flights,” but nothing was happening.
I called customer service the next day, and they admitted it was an issue on their end. They told me the payment would be refunded, but it’s now been a week and I still haven’t received my money back.
Because my funds are tied up, I can’t book another holiday, and prices have already started increasing. Thanks for ruining my summer. Very disappointing experience.

We understand how disappointing this must be, especially when you're unable to make alternative travel plans while waiting for the funds to be returned. Following the issue with your booking, a refund was arranged; however, it shouldn't normally take this long to reach your account.
If you'd like to give us another call, we'd be happy to look into the current status of the refund and provide as much information as possible. Depending on where the payment is in the process, it may also be worth contacting your bank, as delays can occasionally occur after the refund has been issued on our side.

Smooth experience and cheaper than booking direct
Was honestly surprised how much cheaper tui were doing a package holiday to salou than what I was getting doing it myself. Very smooth booking experience which took a lot of stress off securing the holiday. Will be using again.

Gave a poor review through Trust pilot over a bad experience with transfers on holidays that actually occurred 2 years in a row .
Response from Tui was that they requested booking details through Trustpilot to investigate .

I’m staying TUI SUNEO costa mare suites…
I’m staying TUI SUNEO costa mare suites for 2 weeks and I had the best time the staff of hotel were so helpful and friendly, the entertainment team were brilliant, the show at night and the activity during the day were amazing and the leader of team was amazing, he really put all the work in to make the day amazing , the bar staff were amazing, I miss the hotel already but I’ll be back in October
