Double deposit .. system fault!
I do a holiday on line, paid my deposit, but didn’t get any confirmation.
Rang the office, she could see no booking… my bank showed money taken. The lady rebooked my trip and I had to pay a deposit again… on Monday the original money was found and transferred to the new booking.

Didn't know that morning how good that day would be
I needed to cancel a much anticipated cruise trip. I had paid a large deposit and was unhappy about having to walk away from it.
I spoke with staff from the TUI staff from Wilton in Cork, who went out of their way to help me. They suggested that apart from a modest fee to cover admin I could use the balance of my deposit against a city break. I was absolutely delighted, and look forward to visiting Lisbon in November.

Worst company
We had to change our hotel within 24hrs at our own cost because of cockraoches and ants and TUI couldn't assist as it was the weekend and told me my only option was to stay put until the monday when normal business resumes. I do not see the point in having a 24/7 helpline if help can only be given at certain times. I wasn't taking the chance of one of us waking up woth a cockroach in our mouths. I gave the hotel the opportunity over 24hrs to sort the issue before we left. They too couldnt help as it was the weekend and no management was working. Its desperate that we work hard all year round to be able to have such a treat once a year and to be discarded and branded a liar. Will never again book with them. All they care about is making money. They didnt lose a penny, the hotel didnt lose a penny but we did..

I always book with TUI and love everything about booking but this time booking the seats with Ryanair was a nightmare my seats were to come with it but ended up costing me €75 extra Ryanair are a nightmare I’d rather book with TUI rather than having to book anything with Ryanair !
Never ever had a problem before with TUI and would think twice the next time if flights are with Ryanair !!!!!
Never a problem with staff in the airport on the plane or dealing with TUI staff I think they are all well trained and very pleasant and helpfull.

I have boked with TUI for a number of years. I cannot fault the TUI team in the Cork Office, especially Faye in faciltating our family holiday for 7 people.
