All over good …
I didn’t like that most of your flights from Dublin were with Ryanair I prefer to fly with TUI. Also don’t find the filtering very user friendly having to look at massive amounts of places before I find what I want.

We partner with other airlines like Ryanair to offer a wider choice of departure times and destinations from Dublin, but I completely understand preferring to fly on our own TUI aircraft. Airport transfer was excellent from airport to hotel and from hotel to airport, the hotel Tui Suneo Palma was excellent, the food was lovely, the room was clean and fresh, staff were friendly and helpful, the night entertainment was fabulous, Spanish music was really nice, felt like Spain, the drinks at the bar were very nice, the wine and beer in the restaurant was very nice, the beds were comfortable with great pillows, we had a great week and are going back in June.

We’ve been TUI customers for a long time now, from just after the earliest days of TUI as the company is known these days. They are thorough in their approach and helpful in their way of doing business. If anything goes wrong, TUI can be relied upon to put the matter right. This has happened to us and I am completely delighted with how they handled the misfortune and made everything right for us. Jason in the Talbot Street Shop in Dublin is one of the most customer focused people I have ever dealt with.

Family holiday 2026

When booking we were led to believe…
When booking we were led to believe that it was a €75 deposit per person for a booking of a party of 2 Adults and 4 children for summer 2027. Our understanding was that the next payment would be a small deposit in October with the balance due in February 2027.
Checked d app 2 days later to learn we are due to pay €2,300 approx..this July .,thus paying half of next years holiday without having one this year yet.,

When a booking includes flights with one of our third-party airline partners, the deposit is often higher as it needs to cover both the TUI deposit and the full cost of the flight seats.

This is my 2nd time booking with Tui and because my 1st experience was flawless here I am again. For years I've booked everything myself and all was fine luckily enough but to have everything 1 stop is so much more relaxing.
