From the moment I had my first contact via email directly with the owner, till the short time in which the company paid me, I was just absolutely "blown away" with his straight forward, honest, respectful, and extremely professional approach. He explained every detail requirement and procedure that I needed in sending my computer to be checked. He sent a prepaid shipping label to send him the computer. His team analyzed and checked over the computer in a very timely fast basis, and the owner then responded with the amount of monies he would offer, and asked if I would accept the amount. I accepted immediately his very fair offer for payment, and within 2 days I had received the check.
I just can't possibly explain enough how thoroughly impressed and satisfied I have been over this total experience from beginning to end. I have already spoken to and encouraged several others who were contemplating just throwing away their old computer to contact Turntronics. Bravo! Bravo! Bravo!
