Turtle Wax Avis 63

If I could give zero stars I would. My order is still not complete after nearly a month!

I took advantage of a recent online promotion. Ordered the products direct from their website and everything went smoothly until the delivery.
The courier (Evri) decided to leave my products in a public carpark as I wasn't home!! I contacted Turtlewax but they decided not to reply.
I'm out of pocket now.
I won't be using this company or its products again.

I will take my business to a company who appreciates me

I have tried to have an item delivered since the 1st of August 2025. I have emailed numerous times and have been told that the item has been delivered. They attach a link to show the claimed delivery and date with EVRI.

One problem , I have checked my CCTV and it has not been delivered to my address. I have asked to make a complaint. I am just being ignored and sent another generic email to link with the EVRI claimed delivery date.

i am currently £29.75 out of pocket and still no sign of the item. This could have been resolved by simply offering to deliver another item/ replacement for the missing delivery. Or cancel the item and refund me. Which i have offered as a solution and again i have been ignored.

There could be a genuine error and the item is stuck somewhere. But , to just keep ignoring what i am saying and referring to a claimed delivery , does not help anyone.

It could have been delivered to another address in error ? Who knows .

Frustrated and out of pocket by £29.75. If you value your sanity avoid this fiasco and buy from a company that cares about its customers.

PS it is not my responsibility as a consumer to go chasing delivery couriers. That is something Turtle wax should have done.

When ordered everything delivered quickly , really happy with Progress range and all other products,had lots of compliments to put car and my daughter's card I do ,

These guys should be called turtle idiots not turtle wax!!!
Customer service is appalling not contact number when you email or do the contact us option they don’t come back to you if they do it’s days before you hear then you reply and nothing back for nearly a week, still not had my order which was placed and paid for over a week ago! Quick enough to take the money tho!

I certainly won’t be using the again!

Beware Beware buy your products somewhere else !!! Something is wrong with this company they say they've shipped items but tracking info says they haven't and when you try to contact them its just automated 'We will get back to you' however they NEVER EVER respond, truly appalling customer service. Had to get a refund from my bank as supplier just could not be contacted.

I'm being totally honest they are shite.
They are the worst company I have ever dealt with in my life. Ordered tar and glue remover and tfr, tar and glue remover arrived 9.30pm on a Friday night and still no tfr 5 days later. Left txts,e.mails many many times but am now going to claim through my credit card bank as they are just not replying. Total joke that you cannot contact them by phone absolutely the worst ever hope people wise up and they go bust very very quickly. Update got a phone number off one of the reviews here. They do not talk on the phone about Internet purchases shite! They do not talk on the phone permanent about anything I have pressed all their 5 options and waited 5 mins on each one no reply. Am now away to phone my bank and look at it as fraud.

Useless, they use EVRI as their courier for one, don’t response to emails until chased and then when they do respond they obviously haven’t read the email you sent in the first place. Will never use again

Anytime I purchase a Turtle Wax product I regret it and this was no exception. I purchased the Fresh Leather cleaning wipes and the label specifically says non greasy, well guess what, it was like smearing vaseline all over the place. It made a mess and even stained my interior.

Worst customer service! They never answer the phone, return a text or email. Their new Hybrid Scratch repair kit is crap. Does not contain nearly enough clear coat resin.

Gebruik sinds een jaar Turtle Flex Wax Graphene en voor het wassen Wash en Wax, ook van Turtle. Beide producten zijn in hun werking sterk waterafstotend en de standtijd van de bescherming is ook goed. De lak is donkergrijs metallic.

Maar,... het probleem is dat stof, vuil en pollen zich meer dan ooit aan de lak hechten. Voordat ik deze Turtle producten gebruikte had ik met andere wax soorten daar geen last van, en waren stof en pollen na een flinke regenbui zo goed als verdwenen. Nu met Turtle producten niet. Na een week ziet de auto er uit alsof die maanden niet gewassen is. Het stof plakt, in opgedroogde druppelvorm, gewoon aan de lak vast. Bij de auto's van de buren, al dan niet met wax behandeld, is dat niet het geval. Die staan er na een flinke regenbui weer schoon bij omdat het stof er vanaf geregend is. Graag wil ik nog vermelden dat de wax goed is uitgewreven en de lak glanst, al is dat maar van korte duur.

Op een Amerikaanse site las ik dat dit zou komen door de statische elektriciteit waarmee de wax geladen wordt door het uitwrijven van de wax met microvezel doeken. Zijn deze dure Turtle producten eigenlijk wel goed doorontwikkeld? Twijfel of ik ze nog ga gebruiken.

If I could give zero stars I would. Terrible customer service, no reply to emails, phone calls, messages on social media. They take your money and don't deliver the product.

I purchased the polymer. It says I can use it on my windshield, I did. When I wash my windshield it doesn't wash off. "Do not put polymer on your windshield because, it will be very difficult to wash off. I had to use dawn dish washing liquid an lots of water to wash it off.

Dit product werkt totaal niet op vergeelde koplampen wat ze wel beweren ook op de verpakking.

Helaas deze kit kan je mischien gebruiken voor licht verweerde koplampen maar zijn ze vergeeld en dof dan kan je beter echt polijsten met polijst kit en verschillende grofheid schuurpapier en accu boormachine.

Absolute rubbish customer service ! Wont buy any more of this companies products.

I placed an order with Turtle Wax
Got the invoice & they took the money from my credit card.
got shipping / tracking email.
Shipment never arrived.
Contacted eSales by email - no answer.
Contacted Support by email - no answer.
Called all the extensions on their phone number 0151 530 4740 - no answer.
But they still continue bombard my inbox with sales promotions.
Never again!

I purchased a sunshade, and it fell apart several months later. I filled out their online form. No one contacted me. I left voice messages two times, and no one called me. I then called one day early in the morning. A woman answered and I explained what happened. She emailed me and I sent pictures. She wrote back and said that she had to forward it to their manufacturing team. Weeks went by with no responses to my follow up emails and voice messages. Their product is inferior, and their customer service is really bad.

Been waiting 42 days now for a £30 refund, they are holding back even though the carrier has my return parcel.
Please be aware that they will not refund your money, disgusting

Look at these horrible reviews. And I will add another. When you try to redeem bonus points, they debit your rewards account but never email you or text you the discount code. The points disappear, and you receive no discount. I have also had issues with products leaking during shipping that customer service ignores. Buy another company's products. TW products are ok but Customer Service stinks.

When it's all going well, they are ok. But when it goes wrong they are terrible!! I had a consignment damaged and not delivered by EVRI due to the damage. But this horrific company just will not respond to ANY of my emails. I recommend you dont deal with this terrible company
