Pure BS loser company. You upload your photos and they sit for months without even editorial clearance. That means they can't sell off their website. This company is FRAUDULENT and NOTHING BUT A SCAM OPERATION. I would not be surprised if they steal your photos and sell them elsewhere.

Protect yourself. Do not get involved with this SCAM COMPANY!!!

Pure scammers. They tried charging $400 on my card today with no reason. Hopefully my bank automatically prevented them. Avoid at all costs this scammer company

Seeking legal action regarding charges that happened despite cancelling subscription. Do not go near this company.

They advertised on a podcast to get 5 free photos. They charged me for a full year when that is not at all what I wanted. When I contacted them for a refund, they said they couldn't do anything. I even went back and listened to the podcast to make sure I didn't mishear what was advertised. I did not. This company is a complete scam. Do not sign up.

It was difficult to unsubscribe when I realised I didn't want to use this service. I was billed for a full year and pretty much felt ripped off. Just like many others, I consider this company scammy, opportunistic and would never recommend signing up for the trial. In fact, I've found others on social media feel the same way and we all think you're a bunch of a-holes. A refund would have been be great having not used any images during the free trial but finding someone to contact regarding this was intentionally hard to do.

Horrible scammy company that doesn't give a crap about retaining their customers. All other platforms provide an email to remind customers that they are coming up on their free trial and that a renewal is coming so that you have the opportunity to consent. They don't do that and are happy to automate the $150 USD for the month BUT when you cancel they offer up a $39 CAD unlimited option. I tried to resolve with them the issue so that I would atleast be charged for the $39 CAD as I am a start up but they are adamant about taking my money and here I see that others have this horrible experience. STAY AWAY .. they ARE NOT the only platform with nice stock imagery.

No communication channels to resolve being charged a large annual subscription fee. Considering legal action - as are other users.
It seems like a trustworthy legitimate subscription service but it’s not.

*Edited to update. After contacting them (only by email they have no contact number) and they offered to only charge me $99 for a month subscription (because they didn’t want to deal with banks) and refund the rest of the $348 they took. I refused and said I wanted a full refund because I had proof in the confirmation email the date it started and how they charged me before the free trial ended. They stopped responding to me. After my bank contacted them that I had filed a dispute they refunded the money. They like to waste your time for as long as possible I think in hopes you won’t pursue it and they can keep your money. End result thanks to my bank they were forced to refund after two weeks of tying up my funds.*

Horrible scamming company! I did not sign up for their subscription but some how my account was charged before the free trial ended. When I found out I cancelled before it ended but they claim I started it a day before so they could charge me! THEY ARE SCAMMERS DO NOT USE THEM

Avoid these liars! They've charged me and does not refund my money, instead of that they keep explaining that they've sent e-mails informing about charges, when I ask to specify the date and e-mail subject (to find it on my email box) they send me general pdf file as an example...Total lie! They owe me around 600 $

Same story. Do not add any of your bank account details in Twenty20. I'm still waiting for my refund (308Euros). I keep telling them that I'm not interested in their services but they have a long list of excuses not to refund your money. No invoice, no e-mail before charging you this huge amount. Avoid Twenty20. If anyone got his money refunded, please share how you made it!

Yet another horrible experience...I don't understand how they're still in business/can justify how they're treating customers. Signed up for the 7 day trial, and they charged my credit card after 5 days. I'm still waiting for my refund from them, but judging by other reviews below, I may have to just call my bank....

I'm not even completely sure these people are truly located in the US because the credit card companies and merchants cannot get ahold of them when they attempt to investigate the fraudulent activity this company is famous for. You sign up for a 7 day trial and they bill you before the trial ends for upwards of $300 and they ignore any request for cancellation continuously and continue to bill you until you cancel your card. Scam Artists! If you have been scammed by them please contact the Attorney General for California to file a complaint. Kevin Fremon, Matt Munson and
Todd Emaus are the founders of this "business" and the people stealing your money. Include them in the complaint.

This is a joke. How can you try to charge someone £300 without any notification of this? How can you say free trial and than charge someone? JOKE NOT A COMPANY

Offered a "risk free trial" but starts membership without notification. I want a refund, I never wanted to sign up and your library didn't have the categories I needed. WHICH IS WHY I DIDN'T PURCHASE but you STOLE my money anyway.

No customer service AT ALL, and no replies to numerous emails.

Like many people on here, I've been scammed out of my money by this company offering a "free trial." I tried very hard to get a refund through multiple channels. Their website is useless, and no customer service number.

The only way to stop this company from scamming others is to file a complaint with the appropriate governing bodies. I've listed those below:

California Attorney General Office of Consumer Protection
State of California Department of Consumer Complaints
Better Business Bureau

If enough people do this, they will open an investigation, and put a stop to this.

The same thing happened to me as to numerous other people. I signed up for a free trial week which I cancelled a few days later. When I checked my credit card bill one week later I was shocked to see that they charged me GBP 300 for an annual membership (which I never signed up for, nor did they inform me via email that they signed me up for this and charged my credit card). I have sent numerous emails and never received a reply from them. Not even my bank is able to reach them.

@Twenty 20 if anyone of you is reading this: I will report your fraud wherever possible to ensure that this comes to an end. You are taking money from innocent people who never signed up for any of your services!

Not much to add except to say this company is the absolute worst. They charged my card without warning. Contacted them immediately after they charged my card requesting a refund. They would not respond to emails and then finally did with a lame excuse claiming they had already paid the photographers for the 3 images I downloaded DURING the free trial. I did not use any images after my card was charged and I requested an email a few days after the charge.
Any reputable company would send an email warning of the charge and also a receipt. They did not. They are not answering further emails. Obviously scammers.

Beware do not SIGN UP for free images as you will automatically be enrolled for a years contract. This is a scam. The founders and management should be arrested for embezzlement and fraud!

I agree with all the bad reviews. These guys show no flexibility and customer service is done by the accounting department in our case.
"Billed annually" means annual contract. The monthly fee listed on their pricing page is there to trick you into an annual contract.
