They get one star because I can't give them zero. Total theft. Advertising 5 free images, then in 7 days charges for an entire year. They're refusing a refund as well. If anyone from Twenty20 is reading this, you are thieves.

Twenty20 offered a trial to download up to 5 photos. I never used the 5 downloads because we were not happy with the images we were finding on the website. I stopped using Twenty20. A few days later, they charged me for an entire year of their product without any warning.

Obviously this is a mistake and should be refunded, so I reached out to support. Support told me that they will not refund me. They have refused to reply to any additional questions and messages I send them (Over a week of waiting for a support reply).

Never use Twenty20.

Well.. Not much to say..

They said they would advertise before the end of the trial.
Instead they choose to take double the amount out of my account.
Double of the amount accepted.

And gave no advertising on the pull of the money, neither did they give advertise on the end of the trial as they are stating on their site.

So shady, keep away unless you wanna spend a month or 2 in cooperation with your bank in getting the money pulled back.

No answer on facebook either. So basicly they are just extremely shady - and tbh. not only on the verge on being criminal - they are directly criminal. stealing money and choosing not to answer..

So Ye.. Keep away.

Horrible, shady practices.

They say free trial, but very unclear with the terms. When I actually used the free credit, I saw $150 get deposited from account. I emailed them and they refuse to refund me, I haven't used any of the credits either.

The customer service rep keep avoiding the refund question and keep telling me he can give me credits for the rest of the year, but I keep asking for a refund. We've been going in circles with him avoiding the question and him saying something totally different.

Absolutely horrible, shady practices.

Scammers! Auto-debited from my credit card for 6 months and refused to refund me more than a month on an unused account. Had to go through my bank to force a refund of around $800.

This service was awful!

The company I work for purchased a large subscription plan for one year. At first glance it seemed as though they had some awesome images, but as we started to hone in on specific categories the selections were not good at all. We maybe downloaded 20-30 images the whole year, and that made for some very expensive images.

We decided that we would not renew the service, and because I work for a company that has over 60,000 employees we have a large procurement department that handled the initial sale, we were not made aware that there was an auto renewal.

In September of the next year we received an email stating that our account was shut off due to non-payment. We didn't even realize that we had been shut off because no one even logged on to the site for those 9 months. When I contacted the company with the issue, they did not care one bit that no one had even used the service, they would not issue any kind of refund. From that point I let our procurement and legal department handle the situation.

In January of the next year (which was 2018) Our procurement department notified us that they had worked out a deal where they would activate our account and we would have one year (2018) of service. Now, that all sounds hunky-dory, except for the fact that they never did re-activate our account.

Do not trust this company!

Shady practices is right. They automatically charge you each month and send no reminders when they charge you. Credits don't rollover so I paid for several months before I realized it and went to cancel it. It doesn't matter if you still have credits. Once your account is cancelled, you can no longer download anything. I literally just gave them $150/month for several months and got NOTHING out of it! If you don't download it before the deadline, you're screwed. Also, there's not way to cancel from the account. You have to email them.

Trying to get an answer to a simple question from their customer service team is pretty much impossible. In the end I gave up and quit.

Seems like this is a trend. Cancelled on day 7 of the 7 day free trial - it took that long to cancel because figuring out the process to cancel is almost impossible. The contact information is buried so deep that it might as well not exist. We downloaded one picture at the beginning of the trial that we never even used. Pretty shady. Hopefully, they treat their contributors better than they treat their customers.

They claim that you have a 7 day trial when in reality it’s a 6 day trial and charge you on the 7th day. FALSE ADVERTISING. I subscribed for the trial on 3/26 making my 7 day trial end on 4/2 first thing in the morning I go to cancel and they had already charged my card and wouldn’t let me cancel my service. And wouldn’t refund me after acknowledging that my service was cancelled. I will do everything I can to get back the $199 from these thieves even it means a lawsuit as I do not believe in false advertisement and scamming people.

They took $99 from my card even though that I didn't use any products from them. And when I contacted with customer service, they were ignoring me. Be aware of this company, they are stealing money from the customer

Similar as in the previous comments, this company seems to be a scam. They lure you with 5 free images and in the end they charge you for a whole year.

There is no way to contact them, not even an email address, I will refuse to pay the money because I did not consume any credits and will not pay an overpriced yearly contract.

This tactic seems to be on purpose.

This “business” is a complete scam. Photos are crap-poor quality, “customer service” is a complete joke, they are set up with other scammers to receive your information and charge your card without any contact whatsoever and refuse to refund your money even though you’ve never used them or even heard of them. I hope this business fails miserably, although it already has due to a crap business model and irresponsible ‘CEO.’ Run far away and give them all the middle fingers you have, this is not worth your time whatsoever.

Took $99 and denied refund, according to their "refund policy" even though the credit used was during trial period. Misleading sales tactic. Been forced to have a year membership, and their "token gesture" was to ensure the one image I downloaded during the free trial was valid for a year, not just a month. They manipulated this. I did not think I'd be charged for a year at once. When a monthly cost is shown in large numerals it is not clear. This type of practice should be banned. When I subscribe to established magazine titles or respectable publications and you cancel, you get back what you don't need/want and the payment required is clear.

I may consider changing this review if they decide to refund me.
