We pride ourselves in providing a reliable sales of Sundries, Health & Beauty, Baby, Gift products and also quality pharmaceutical packaging such as the Ecopack, Uno-pac and Medo-pac bottles. We supply to Pharmacies, Medical & NHS Centres and Wholesalers throughout the United Kingdom and Ireland. Great service but need to respond to customer queries
As a pharmacy owner, I have used Tynechem twice now and I intend to keep doing so.
Both times, the orders arrived on time.
The only issue I had with them (the reason for 4 stars) was when I had issues with my account, no one got back to me after contacting them via the webform or email.
I understand the pandemic did put a lot of pressure on businesses, especially those in the food and medical industry, I still expected some response after 3 days. But when no response, I had to register a new account.
Overall, great service but need to respond to customer queries, even if takes a bit longer than usual.
Thank you for the gifts that came with my order ( smart pad, super pen and simpkins mixed fruit drops).

Appalling customer service
I placed an order online although there was no indication to whether the item was in stock or not - an indication of poor business systems.
I did not receive a confirmation of order email - an indication of poor business systems.
Four days after I placed my order, I emailed Tynechem Sundries to ask if my order had been received and I received a reply stating the item I ordered wasn’t in stock and suggesting an alternative item - an indication of poor customer service (why did they wait until I emailed them?).
I replied stating the alternative item was not suitable, to cancel my order and not to take payment for the item (the payment hadn’t been taken at this time).
Tynechem Sundries did not reply to my email - an indication of poor customer service.
My payment was taken from my account - an indication of poor business systems.
I sent a second email asking for my payment to be refunded and Tynechem Sundries have not replied - an indication of poor customer service.
Tynechem Sundries have my money and it looks like they want to keep it!

Couldn't have been more helpful. My recent order was delayed a little due to Covid19 but they were most helpful and responsive on the phone. I've had multiple orders as they are completely priced. There's no extra delivery charges either when you're order is over £50
