UC Blinds Limited Avis 

Ordered a vertical blind from UC blinds. Order sent for confirmation with my specific sizes. Blind arrives, 7 CM short . I complained to a "half whit" that answered the phone. Told her what I wanted, new blind delivered, 5 CM short. Owner , not bothered . So I'm down £136 . Day light robbery. Will end up in small claims court. Absolutely appalling service. Bought the same blind £112 . Far superior service.

The blind is exactly as expected and a perfect fit.
If I had to comment upon any negative, it would be that communication could be improved. I had no idea of when to expect the blind until it was delivered and your website does not make it clear how long waiting time would be. I also couldn't find the email confirming my order but when I phoned, this was resolved straight away.

Blinds themselves are lovely and your service was great however I'd consider another delivery firm as this was very slow, got a message to say to expect my delivery today but it was over a week before I received it after waiting in all day.

I had been looking for a World Map on a roller blind for convenient storage. They are hard to find, but Ben at UC Blinds located some options for me so I was able to select exactly what I needed. The blind was delivered a fortnight earlier than expected and it is very well made and was easy to fix. Excellent. Thank you Ben

Really looking forward to receiving my blinds but uc blinds supplier couldn't do them therefore they had to be cancelled

This is the third house I have fitted out with blinds from UC. Usual excellent quality and value with great customer service. Recommend without reservation.

Found this company online and they were one of the cheapest. Placed a small order for 1 blind to see what they were like. It was such lovely quality that I placed another order to replace the other 12 in my house.
Given that they are made to measure, the service was fast (9 days from ordering to delivery for all 12 blinds) They look absolutely stunning and the quality is beautiful

Please with the material but it was a blackout roller blind and when it’s rolled at the top you can see the blackout bit instead of the material would be better to roll the other way so you see the material at the top so disappointing.
Not sure if this is how it is meant to be or put on the roller wrong.

Update still not received my blinds.
At 11.35am I received the order.

In reference to delivery, I say not more it is what it is maybe delivery companies are still using Covid19 as an excuse still for a back log of orders.

the order itself I will give a review when I get someone to mount them for me as I am disabled unable to mount them myself used to be able to but not now.
