We offer a FREE local survey & fitting service and also sell to the whole of the UK from our secure online website. We are manufacturers, suppliers and installer of all types of window blinds and curtain. Most of our blinds come direct from our own factory. We are full active members of the British Blinds and shutters association and are bound by their code of practice. We strictly adhere to Child Safety Standards and a health and safety management system approved by Citation PLC.

Quality of blind is excellent but delivery did take a bit longer than quoted and wrong size of bracket was sent although this was corrected within a few days

We are pleased you love your new blind. The reason we do not supply screws is because you will need different types of screws for difference fixings (concrete, wood, plasterboard, metal etc)

Very good service. The blind was delivered as estimated. I prompted the seller for an update close to the estimated date and they replied efficiently. Very happy with the blind. I would recommend UC Blinds.

We apologise for that, delivery notifications are usually sent out by the courier. Sometimes they can go into your junk folder. But we are very glad you loved your blind, thank you :-)
Blinds arrived promptly
Blinds arrived promptly, but unfortunately the winding mechanism was faulty on delivery. However, after emailing UC blinds, they sent a replacement mechanism immediately and I installed and blinds are perfect. Excellent after sales service and very happy with the blinds.

Half blind
The product is excellent that’s what 4 stars are for however there is an issue where logistics of 2 items are delivered separately a week apart,,,, whoever is at fault this is bad for business

Picture roller blind fine - no problems. Venetian blind the mechanism is stiff to use. Delivery times excellent, Products look good.

Catalogue of Errors
I received my order and unfortunately my experience using UC Blinds hasn't been a good one.
The headrail packaging was damaged which in turn has caused damage to the headrail.
Whilst unpacking my order I also found that the hook was missing from one of the wands and the brackets supplied for the headrails are plastic and not heavy duty metal as advertised. On further unpacking, the two of the vertical blinds have been made without chains and one set of replacement slats has different colour hangers.
It has taken several phone calls and emails to rectify their errors - which to date I still haven't received all the correct goods - with a good will gesture of £25 for an order of over £700!
I now have to fit the correct weights and chains myself even though I paid for this service.
I won't be using UC Blinds again and will not recommend a company whose service and goods are not perfect.

We are sorry your order was not satisfactory and unfortunately was damaged in transit. The rest of the issues we dealt with and rectified immediately, we offered a refund for the inconvenience and the less than perfect service on our part.
We are not happy when orders are not perfect and we always try and do our best to fix these as soon as possible. We do hope you are now happy with your blind.
Excellent blind company
Excellent blind company. Arrived quite quickly after ordering too. My only piece of advice to anyone considering ordering, is measure thoroughly before ordering!! Thankfully we were able to doctor our blind to fit really easily, but it could have been a lot worse. However the actual blind us lovely and we're really pleased with it.
