I entered all details and paid in full for years insurance. I got a phone call and went through all details. Due to me not confirming on line that a previous policy was cancelled. I explained I genuinely believed all car insurance was cancelled after write off. It was not written off for fraud or anything delibrate and the guy on the phone confirmed he understood why I thought that. So we changed that. No issues
But then I get a revised premium with them saying I didnt get enough score points. I got 69 instead of 75. So they cant insure me. But.... they found someone that did. For an extra 1300.00. So I asked to cancel amd requested a refund. Low and behold they are deducting 100 from me. I also have to wait 15days for my money back. I have issued formal complaint and will be taking to ombudsman.

He’s a professional
He’s a professional. When he called for us to discuss my policy, I was with the optician and was going to cut him off but he managed to keep the call going without being persuasive. He still managed to take me through all the process happily. He’s a gem.
