having had a lot of problems with our dimplex optimist stove I discovered your company on a forum web site.The spare parts you supplied saved a fair amount of money against dimplex prices and arrived promptly.
Within 5 minutes it was working correctly again,but as I managed to drop one of the discs and break it I thought it better to carry some spares.

Good experience, even though parts weren't in stock
Even though the parts I wanted weren't in stock, I was informed straight away and offered the option to cancel. I still went ahead with the purchase and received the parts within three days when the estimate was going to be seven. The whole process was straightforward and prices are competitive.
