One of the only sites that had the product I needed in stock. I paid for next day delivery which is cheaper than most other places’ next day, and it arrived the following morning! Brilliant service!
Always a quick delivery, great when you realise you are running low on a product.

Dear Teen
Thank you for reaching out and for sharing the photos of the product that leaked during transit. Based on the pictures, it was clear that the bottle was still over half full, which is why we initially offered you a partial refund. We understand that you preferred to return the item for a full refund instead.
However, when the returned bottle arrived, it was nearly empty, which is why we have offered a 50% refund in line with our policy. We apologize if this wasn’t the resolution you were hoping for, but we believe this is a fair solution based on the condition of the returned product.
Please let us know if you have any further questions or concerns, and we’ll be happy to assist you.
Kind regards, UKBC Team

Would definitely recommend this site!
Highly recommend. I ordered a curly hair mousse and it arrived really quickly with a really decent sized sample of a curl defining cream and a sachet of shampoo and conditioner. Would definitely buy from here again as the price was also lower than everywhere else.
