One of the only sites that had the product I needed in stock. I paid for next day delivery which is cheaper than most other places’ next day, and it arrived the following morning! Brilliant service!
Always a quick delivery, great when you realise you are running low on a product.

Mistake handled well
I was sent the wrong product, had an instant response from Lesley, sent the wrong product back (which was made easy so no hassle), and right product sent out in return - very happy with the way this was handled, thank you!

Excellent service and product.
I wanted a specific hair product and found it quickly on their "easy on the eye" website. The website has lots of interesting products and I would buy from them again. Their prices were competitive and helpful. My order arrived quickly, was intact and well packaged. I had no issues and so didn't need to contact customer services.

My partner has the most beautiful curly hair thanks to Aveda curly range, he uses the primer to refresh in-between washes and it works really well. I need to add its worth every penny and it smells amazing!! Seamless transaction with UK Beauty, and for that reason we repeat purchase, with no issues
