I have given 5 stars but only three come up there appears to be a problem as for the door I purchased I gave 5 stars but only three came up for that and every time I press for five only 3 come up, Your service is very good and has given good info on how to purchase any items I may need in the future I think it is a great idea to have secure locks especially with all the criminal actions that go on today. Quality locks & keys - excellent service.

The market is full of door locks that promise everything but don’t always deliver. After far too much research, one name kept coming up: Ultion. I went with the 3 Star Plus (with extra keys), and I’m glad I did.

First impressions: very solid and well made. The thumbturn feels sturdy, the mechanism is smooth, and the keys are noticeably thicker than standard ones, no more worrying about bending or snapping (or standing at the door at night wondering why the key feels like it’s made of foil).

One big plus is the controlled key cutting. Copies can’t just be made anywhere, which is reassuring if you ever lend keys out you won’t suddenly find half the neighbourhood has one.

Aftersales was also spot on. Hayley in sales was particularly helpful, knowledgeable, polite, and quick to respond, which made the whole process feel easy and well handled.

One tip: don’t use standard multi-purpose lubricants, as they can cause issues. Stick to the recommended graphite/graphene instead.

Overall, I’m really pleased with it and feel much more secure. And importantly, I’m spending a lot less time wrestling with the front door after a long day.
