Superb advice and attention to detail
Ultraleds.com were recommend to me by a colleague who worked in the lighting department on a film set. I called and spoke to Jack H*worth who spent time guiding me though what I needed to know in simple terms, and then took time to layout everything I needed to achieve my aims. Jack selected items that I would have overlooked, and went as far as to advise me on the correct IP rating needed. Over all Jack made the design process a breeze, and suggested a work around that will look incredibly stylish.
Thank you Jack!

Great customer service
We were handled by Oliver Howarth-Campion who was exceptional ; he embraced the fact I knew literally nothing about quite a technical order, and he was patient, informative, and hugely helpful. He was comfortable to go back and forth a lot via the 'phone and email - and his entire manner was personable and professional.
