I am so happy with our new wardrobes! My lead fitter Will Burke was brilliant and efficient as was his 2nd man Gem. They worked hard and managed to get everything done in 1 day (rather than the 2 I was quoted) They cracked on but asked for my input when needed and were friendly and helpful throughout. I had a good experience in the consultation and booking stages too so would definitely recommend Unflatpack. I am thrilled with the results! Thank you!

Really professional service from Unflatplack and I'm happy with the finished product. I might need to move the rails so I can reach them (I'm a bit short!) but overall impressed with the quality and service

The finished product was excellent and exceeded my expectations. I did have trouble with customer services at the beginning as it took about 6weeks from my original enquiry to get a real person response so I was a bit doubtful. However I understand they had staffing problems in January which are now resolved.(I had previously left an unflattering review on Google)

The guys at Unflatpack were brilliant.
Denver and Charlie arrived at 10am and stayed on till 10pm to finish it off. I'd read some of the reviews prior to hiring them about them staying late to get a job finished in a day, but didn't expect them to be able to do it, when the quoted time was 2 days! They were extremely professional and provided some humour as well, with Denver winding Charlie up (I believe it was Charlie's first job)
I would fully recommend these guys to anyone.
The only improvement I would suggest is the initial response and dialogue with the planning team, as this required some chasing.

The communication process did take a while to get it sorted but really happy with the final result. Mike was professional and did the job well. We love our wardrobes and it’s such an affordable alternative to bespoke fitted wardrobes.

We were very pleased with the final result. Our fitted wardrobes look great and their service is excellent value for money. Our home is an old Edwardian property with ceilings and floors that are far from level, but the installer (Denver) did a good job in balancing the wardrobes out.
As a few people have highlighted, communication is not timely at the beginning of the process, but I believe they are making efforts to address this problem. On our project, the installer was joined by a new hire (Kasias) who I believe will be focusing on customer services. She was very committed to ensuring a great experience throughout the installation. She has a very good eye for interior design, a friendly personality and has the enthusiasm and diligence to ensure new customers will be supported quickly through their projects.

The extensive form was sent to Unflatpack early Dec 2022 and due to very delayed responses from the team (almost 2 weeks at a time) and no one ever available to pick up the phone, instillation didn’t take place until March. The amount of time it took for them to respond to emails made me sceptical about giving them any money.

Instillation days - Will and team arrived on time. They worked very hard all day until 7/8pm. They were very professional and asked my thoughts before doing certain things. They also cleaned up after themselves.
Overall the wardrobe finish was excellent and I couldn’t be more happier. I would recommend Will for anyone looking to have wardrobes fitted.

Absolutely brilliant. The company do need to work at getting speedier with their paperwork, but the job that they did on our wardrobe was truly excellent. They look so professional, I can’t believe their from ikea! They look crazy expensive!

Great finish and great work. Very happy with the finished product. I got a fully fitted wardrobe done by them. The fitter was professional, did a thorough job, advising and asking what we would like through the process. He even cleaned up after finishing. I would give this a 5 star but the service pre booking a date was slow and the company could do some work to tighten that part. I know they’ve been short staffed so it could just be that. They were very responsive to feedback and really turned it around. Would highly recommend unflatpack!

Same feedback as below. A lot of time invested in the form, but also answering follow up questions. Subsequently have gone silent, do not answer the phone or reply to any email. Actually glad I have not yet parted with any money.

After spending a considerable amount of time filling in their highly detailed form with all the information about the job we have. We have heard absolutely nothing. Following up email not replied to and no one answers the phone. Assume they’ve gone out of business

I recently had the pleasure of working with Unflatpack for a wardrobe installation. From start to finish, the experience was exceptional. The installer, Will, was extremely skilled and dedicated to ensuring the job was done to perfection. He went above and beyond by accommodating his schedule and even came on a Sunday to finish the installation. I highly recommend Unflatpack, and specifically Will, for anyone in need of wardrobe installation services. The quality of work and customer service was truly outstanding.

I'm so pleased! I moved into my new build a year ago and knew I wanted wardrobes across the back wall of the bedroom. After getting quotes between £5k to £10k for just over 3 meters of custom wardrobes from local and national compainies, l thought I'd get ikea wardrobes to save money. I was recommended Unflatpack by a family member, and wow!
The design consultation (October 2022) was great - going through every option and extra, to ensure I got everything I needed. The final quotes took a while to come through, but this was no bother as I wasn't ready until the New Year.
Booking in an install date was easy thanks to Amber, even though I couldn't be very flexible. She also answered all my questions and provided lots of prep info before the big day. I was happy with the level of customer service from her.
Mike arrived this morning, and was very polite and helpful. The 3 wardrobe carcasses were up after 2 hours, and the whole job was finished before the end of the day. I was quoted a 2 day job, and I am so relieved Mike was able to get it done so much quicker! Amazing work.
Mike even suggested further storage ideas for the space under the stairs, so I will be coming back in the near future! Thank you for all your help

We had IKEA Pax wardrobed installed into an alcove so that they looked built-in with premium finish. I've never seen this service offered elsewhere - it looks fantastic, 10/10. Our fitter Kyle was great - he came early, was very nice, and did a really beautiful job all in just one day. Can't rate high enough. The product that unflatpacked offer is brilliant, and I would give 5/5 but it was really hard getting through to anyone on the phone and email comms were choppy too. That said, Amber and the team are absolutely lovely. Really highly recommend.

Great job done by Denver and Alain. They arrived promptly, were very professional and were able to accommodate my every request. They were happy to walk me through the process, as well as suggest any changes or edits to my original design that I may not have considered once it was being built. The finish was excellent and they were able to maintain the finish of the Flisberget door into the alcove to ensure it looked in line with the other panelled doors around it. They worked till close to midnight to ensure it could all be completed in one day and tidied up as well as gave great advice that wasn't readily available like where to get other handles. Overall rate the whole service as a 5/5 and highly recommend

Good Job, I would rate it a 4 for the finish, to be honest - But going to rate it a 5 for the service! The end product's quality is just as good as a customer-made wardrobe but one of the Forsand doors had handle holes drilled in the wrong place that has been filled with a white filler but which spoils the finish. No complaints about Our fitters working long hours to finish the work today and we are content with his efforts. On speaking to Will about it, he had offered to fix the door with a spare one. So overall loved the whole experience of designing the wardrobes with Anthony to getting them built by Will and his friend

Matt did a great job fitting pax wardrobes into an alcove in my bedroom. He is one of the most conscientious tradesman that I have had the pleasure to work with, and I am very happy with the finished product and will use the company again. Thank you Unflatpack!

Fitter arrived on time, was very friendly and was committed to undertaking a good job. He worked long hours to get the job done in the two days. After a late evening completion, we found that silicon had been used around the 'fillers' [instead of caulking] and there were smears of silicon on surrounding paintwork. This has now caused major decorating problems, disruption and considerable additional expense as it cannot be painted over.
