Excellent customer service. Heat pump had shut down. Prompt phone connection with engineer who assessed that a call out was required. Engineer came next day and remedied the problem.

I recently bought a replacement heat pump from unipipe 17 years after buying my first heat pump from the same company. They continued to offer the highest quality service over the past 17 years when anything need attention with friendly and helpful staff who always helped me resolve any issues. I cant recommend this company enough.
