I was a bit hesitant to order after reading the reviews, but I wanted to share my honest experience.
We bought two of the larger hooded beds because our dogs were waking us up at 4 a.m. every morning wanting to get under our bed covers. These beds have honestly solved that problem. They absolutely love having their own "covers," and we're finally sleeping through the night again. The hood stays up really well, which was one of my biggest concerns.
The beds are a little thinner than I expected, but for our dogs they're still comfortable and work perfectly. Overall, we're really happy with the product.
The downside was the customer service and communication. The tracking itself worked well, and you can follow your parcel the whole way, but the lack of updates from the company made me question whether the order was legitimate. I sent three emails over two weeks and only received one response, the day before the beds arrived. The last automatic email I received simply said the beds had passed quality checks, with nothing after that.
The website does mention that delivery can take a while, and that's completely understandable. However, better communication and more frequent order updates would make the whole experience much less stressful. Great product, but the customer service and order communication definitely need improvement.
Terrible, not to be trusted. I ordered my product 3 weeks ago and have had nothing arrive weeks later and nobody replies to my emails. The Tracking says the same thing all the time. It hasn't changed in weeks. They are a fraud as far as I am concerned and I am furious and about to go to consumer watchdog to report them.
Beware of this company.
They market themselves as Australian owned and made in Australia, however my order tracking shows the item is being shipped internationally from China.
It took over two weeks just for them to acknowledge and dispatch my order, and that only happened after I contacted them asking if I had been scammed. Two days later, I received a generic response saying they were preparing my order due to “large demand”.
I ordered dog beds over two weeks ago and still do not have them.
Very disappointing experience. If you are expecting to buy locally or receive your order in a reasonable timeframe, I would save your money and buy elsewhere.
My experience with this company , beds are not as stated on their web site and if you buy the bed that they recommend and it’s too small they don’t swap it happily as they state on their web site they block you from leaving a review to let others know.. Tried to contact on their face book page to ask could I exchange for the next size up , nope they blocked me there too . I try to contact on instagram and was blocked there as well .Sent around 10 e mails all went unanswered. And the top only stays up on the small bed not the other sizes . I ordered 2 and neither dog will use them because there is not much filling in the base so it slides under their feet . Sad to pay so much for these beds and my dogs would rather sleep on the floor then use them. I think maybe TEMU beds would be a better choice. And a lot cheaper probably for the same quality. Be careful dealing with this company I would say.
After initially being hesitant after purchasing from this store due to not being kept informed of when the item was being dispatched I can say that once I emailed them they kept in close touch and responded accordingly. The Snuggles Bed duly arrived to my address in NZ 10 days later and it is exactly how it was described - I am very pleased with it. The promised Grooming Glove was also included. Unfortunately their chosen delivery service Australia Post/NZ Post couriers are slow and I have suggested they use DHL who offer superior service.
Their emails clearly states “All orders are shipped directly from within Australia to ensure fast and reliable delivery “. What a crock! Free $25 grooming gloves, could have bought from Cheap shop for $5, plus they couldn’t even get that right, came from China too, just like the beds. This company should be reported for misleading advertising.
6 weeks to get the beds that would’ve been cheaper to buy from Temu.
Buyer beware, this is not an honest company….run out of a residential property directly sent from China warehouse!!
I just wanted to say a big thank you to UNIQUE Inc Australia.
Honestly, some of the complaints saying they’re “not an Australian company” are really unfair and damaging to genuine Aussie-owned businesses trying to do the right thing.
Their website clearly explains that their products are fabricated overseas and then shipped to their Australian warehouse, and that they only sell within Australia & NZ because they’re a small family-owned business based in South Australia — not some massive global company shipping worldwide.
They also clearly display that they are a registered Australian business with an ABN, GST registration, and ASIC registration listed on their website footer, which gave me confidence ordering from them.
I personally don’t see the issue with products coming from overseas, especially when they’re the only company I could find making a reinforced SNUGGLES Cove with a hood that actually stays up properly.
Funny how people are happy to order from Temu and Shein without a second thought, but suddenly complain here.
Anyway…
We accidentally ordered the Small SNUGGLES Cove when we actually needed the M/L size. The team were incredibly helpful and resent us the correct size completely free of charge.
Very happy customer here and really appreciative of the support. ❤️
Interesting how I can't find anything positive about them as they claim over 10,000 happy customers on trust pilot? Is this not illegal and misleading.
My parcel (clearly NOT shipped within Aus) hasn't arrived and its closing in on the 3 week mark.
Deeply disappointed.
