hello all i have some bad news about this site they owe me 32 dollars i never got it after i tred to get it i had a reply saying they knew how it looked we are changing our site but hey i got nothing be ware of this site its a scam dont join it dont do anything for them i promise you you wont get paid

They dont pay your requested rewards redemptions and never respond to your emails requests

they need to start paying when you cash out instead of giving excuses

I think this company is having financial problems and they are saying everything they can to stall people over payouts, they used to be okay and I would always get my money from them, but now they either ignore my emails asking why they haven’t paid me, or they use an excuse about having problems on their website which they’re working on (they’ve been saying that for months) it is very frustrating for me as I’m owed about £48 :(

But the site just stopped paying. They say that they will pay but they don't. Be aware that this site turned into a big huge scam. Don't waste your time with it.

Glad I came and read reviews before investing any more time. I did one jigsaw puzzle they said would pay. There was no payment. Strange. Well, just don't waste your time here. Lesson learned.

Does not pay out. Been accumulating for 10+ years. Went to withdraw and nothing happened. Contacted customer service and they said theyd pay but didn't. This website needs to be shut down.

They have been lying about paying me for months. They keep changing payment methods so you cannot get your money, then when they offer methods such as Paypal - current method listed - they claim there are problems. They have been telling me they will pay through Paypal for the past 6+ months. Each time I write they claim there are problems. All that is required for Paypal is them setting up an account and sending me the money. Appears they have turned into a scam site with no intent to pay = consumer fraud?

They do not pay. I have been waiting over a year to get paid. They updated their site and pretended they were changing payment methods but still not paying. Don't waste your time.

They do not pay out. They say because of a new website there is a delay. People have been waiting well before the new site. They are a scam. Please quit watching there ads and taking surveys. They are making money without paying out. I have not seen one person paid in a long time.

I have been trying to get my money out of unique rewards for over 2 years. There is always some excuse. Now I have to go through bitcoin, they say, to get my money. I do not trust bitcoin and do not want to put the app on my computer. Are the only people getting paid are those that take bitcoin? When I first signed up they said they would pay me through paypal but as soon as I got to the $50 to cash out, they said that had changed the pay out and did not use paypal anymore. Someone is making money off the money they won't pay people who have earned it. Is there anyone doing a class action suit against them?

I've been waiting over 2 years to get paid. I couldn't even get them to pay in bitcoin.

I have no idea, how this company keeps operating.

Too bad there is no international monitoring system. This company would have been out of business long ago.

As far as their payment policy goes. It's excellent, for them. They just don't pay you, and they just wait for you to give up. That's what I've done, so they got their way.

I have only given 1 star because I had to as there is not a zero. Been with unique rewards for years with no issues but the past year has been awful. How they can treat long term loyal members like that is unbelievable. I have been waiting for a payout for about 7 or 8 months now, but thousands of other members have been waiting for up to and over a year. At first they kept making excuses, then tried to get you to have them in bitcoin in which there were so many charges and fees you would end up with nothing anyway, then they just completely ignore every single message sent to them. So basically you are taking surveys and other earnings and they are keeping every penny for themselves. I can't understand how they are still being able to trade and haven't been shut down. There are literally thousands of members waiting for payments that will never arrive. Stay well away from them as you won't receive a penny for all your time and effort.

Slow delivery. Took weeks to update a status, almost a month and the item has yet to be shipped. Unresponsive customer care team.

I have been trying to collect my $20 payout for over a year the last time i tried they wanted to pay me in bitcoin but i did not accept, but they are still sending surveys, they shouldn't be allowed to get away with this.

If I could give it minus 5 points I’d be doing myself an injustice. I tried to open a Coinbase account to withdraw my $30.87 and guess what? Not acceptable in your area. So Coinbase doesn’t work in Gods own County, Yorkshire? I have emailed U R do no avail so my advice is spam them as they are a waste of time just like Coinbase.

I have been with UniqueRewards for quite a number of years and has been okay till the last couple of years where they have changed payment options and even though it states on the website when you sign in that you can claim your rewards to be paid into your bank account, that now appears to be incorrect after countless emails to UniqueRewards so-called "support" email as they rarely answer unless you state something legal to them - I had $35.40 and tried to claim to my bank account and been eventually informed you have to cash out in Coinbase and then transfer it to PayPal, what a con - Closed my account down and yes, lost my time consuming rewards also, which is what I guess they are hoping we do.
My advice is, don't bother joining and wasting your valuable time that earns you nothing, plus one of the worst customer service experiences ever and to think the UK one is based in London, absolutely shocking and something Trading Standards should be made aware of.

I believe this site is a SCAM. I reached the payout threshold of $20 but no withdrawal is forthcoming and customer support never responds to emails. Avoid at all costs.
