Chris fitted my carpet today in two of my bedrooms, landing and stairs. He was fast, efficient and friendly. He did a fabulous job and cleaned up after himself. Would definatly recommend to anyone who needs their carpets fitting. 10 out of 10 service.

We had our carpets fitted today by Chris, he was very friendly, worked efficiently and the carpets look great!! We also had a good experience in store, staff were helpful and not pushy. Over all very pleased with the service provided :)

Well the free mattress is the worst…
Well the free mattress is the worst mattress I’ve ever slept on. The frame is great but I would say if anyone is buying with the free mattress in mind.. DON’T!! I am having to buy a brand new mattress at the end of the month because this one feels like it’s been used before as it sinks in the middle.

Excellent service and carpets
Would like to say big thank you to Brad, of united csrpets Dudley who was helpful and not pushy, when my 92 yr old mother was shopping for lounge and stair carpet. Your fitters arrived on time and did fabulous job. A special mention to Chris, the carpet fitter who did the stairs and landing, he went above when we had a problem, and had to comeback following day, without any complaint making arrangements with other customers. Mother loved her new carpets

Fantastic service all round
From ordering my flooring to they fitting was a fantastic experience.
Lots of help from Connor in the shop who helped me choose my flooring to the two guys Chris and Martin who came to fit it yesterday on one of the hottest days, first class service all round. I would highly recommend United Carpets Dudley. Thank you.

Bought some carpet from the Dudley
Bought some carpet from the Dudley. Had my own underlay which was not a problem.
Martin and Luke came to fit were absolutely brilliant, they took their time and did an amazing job. One happy customer would defo get them to come and lay again.

Very quick and effective
Needed some carpet for my new build property at short notice came and measured for free next day. Went down to the shop got a good quote and carpet was in stock and fitted the same day Bhatti the carpet fitter did a great job very friendly and professional would recommend.
