As we were shopping with a vunerable adult, we felt listened to and respected by all the staff who helped us through the buying process.
David, Mike and Courtney in particular were very understanding of our needs.
The carpet was of a reasonable price, the staff kept us informed of the payment process, the fitting team removed the old carpet, moved furniture and laid the new carpet on the day and time agreed. also at a fair price.
We would definitely recommend this company.

Told me it was free fitting, but then had to pay for Carpet to be fitted. It should be advertised more clearly rather than turning up on the Day and expecting to pay money that you think you’ve already paid.
